"位置：還可以，去唐山宴和河頭老街都有一些距離，自駕還可以。 配套：周邊步行範圍內餐廳很少，下午2點後大部分餐廳都不營業，轉了一圈最後回酒店訂外賣了。 環境：有院子較為靜謐，但冬季院內沒有任何趣味衹有空曠，住客不多略顯冷清。 室內設施：沒有健身房，沒有浴缸，走廊很窄，層高低，窗户偏小。應該是老建築新裝修，裝修風格還不錯，屋內硬件也還行，但並不超前，居然沒有裝智能馬桶。 床品可以，床軟硬度合適，睡得還不錯。 服務：熱情。 問題與建議：1、房卡開完拿到樓上就不好用，這麼低級的問題真不該出現； 2、房間內電話無法撥通； 3、房間沒有預留新款充電線接口，前台也沒有可供客用的手機充電線或充電器插頭，做為一家老牌國賓館，細節考慮不夠； 4、前台提供客用茶水，擺放位置很不顯眼，更像為了做樣子、而不是希望被客人享用。 5、攜程寫明送歡迎小食，並沒有主動提供，索要後送過來的，與寫的內容也不符合。換成了2瓶栗子飲料、2塊德芙巧克力，很像臨時拼湊。 整體感覺工作人員夠賣力，但是缺乏專業的管理培訓。希望可以提升改進，打造更好的唐山文旅標桿。"
