"The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so you can eat and shop easily. It's also really handy for getting to other attractions.
The hotel was decorated very festively for the National Day holiday, and all the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to the basement parking staff – they worked so hard during the holiday! We often returned late, and the basement would be full, but the staff would wait in the ramp area to help coordinate parking spots, making sure every car had a place. Their service was truly exceptional, thumbs up! 👍
The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious, and breakfast was incredibly abundant. The friendly restaurant staff even gave our child a little gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tangshan."

"There is a bathtub for this price, which is so touching. The family took a bath comfortably, but the water temperature was low at the beginning, and the first person's bath was not very warm.
The soundproofing is a bit poor. The big brother next door was on the phone until 3 in the morning. After snoring, the sound was loud, which was not very nice. In addition, the smell of cigarette smoke entered the room from time to time.

"I love the china style and cultural aesthetic . Its the reason why im taken. Free and smart washing machine to use. Smart wash 30mins , auto detergent. Free dryer 10mins. Check-in process felt weird. 2 front desks staff and cleaner were so peculiar about our whereabouts like they never seen foreigners. Asked where we are from after recieving our passports, why we come?, where we enter country from when they have our passports, cleaner asked her staffs ” they are not locals?” Stare at us because we were conversing english to my friend.
Amenities is good. A little difficult to locate on didi. Quiet , beautiful and smooth. The hotel provides rental free on many items and my charger head. Very helpful and usher."

"I booked a cultural hotel of the group for the convenience of Tangshan Banquet. The service of the beautiful lady at the front desk was particularly good. In order to be on the same floor as my companions, I was specially upgraded to a room with fruits in the room. The main feature is that every request is met. The fragrance in the public area of the hotel is very nice. There are free drinks in the mini bar. The standard items in the room are still cost-effective compared with the price of four or five hundred. I would like to mention that the bed and pillow in the room are very comfortable, and there are incense, tea, books, etc. It is comfortable and quiet. Recommended. "The worst accommodation, the room is not soundproof, and the next door is actually connected, separated by an aluminum baffle. In fact, it is equivalent to a room in the next room. The next room came back at 12 o'clock in the night to stay up late, snoring, eating, and talking in the ear. Not only is it too noisy to sleep, but it feels like strangers are in our house. The privacy space is violated. After communication, the sound is lowered next door. There is no noise next door, normal voice.
Other problems: 1. The hotel staff must know that some rooms are changed later, not soundproof, and there is no prompt when handling at the front desk. We are old and small, and we arrange a room far away (not ruling out that the early room is limited, but there is no prompt). 2. The check-in queue was very slow, one took ten minutes, asked the front desk why, and did not answer clearly. I don't know if it is a system problem or a process problem. The front desk did not appease the emotions of the queue customers.
Finally, we booked a room for two days, checked out early, and gave us a late check-out until 14:00."

MM248201****A very cost-effective hotel with good facilities, environment and services. It is not far from Nanhu and Tangshan Yan. The parking lot is relatively large, but it is shared with a dental hospital and China Unicom, so the parking spaces are not very abundant. The air conditioning in the room is not very effective. It will take some time for the temperature inside the house to drop, so it is recommended not to turn off the air conditioner if you go out to play.

Receptionist who checked in for me was nice.
Corridor to the room is neat and clean.
Room is spacious and clean.
Toilet is also clean as new.
Breakfast although is not having so much of selection but I do feel it is enough. Taste wise i would say is above average.
Everything is good to me. If really have to give some comments for improvement, maybe is the laundry bag which is not available in the room.
If I ever come to visit the factories around again, I will definitely stay here again.

I even got a free upgrade. The room was large, and the amenities were excellent. Xiaodu was also very good, and the shower was excellent. The cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was also very good. They even gave us yogurt in the afternoon, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely stay at this hotel frequently when I visit Tangshan. I also want to commend the front desk lady for her excellent service.

__WeChat12052****Facilities: This is an older 5-star hotel, and I was a bit worried it might be dated before I arrived. However, it completely exceeded my expectations! You can tell they put a lot of effort into managing and maintaining it, so it doesn't feel old at all. It's very clean, which gave me great peace of mind traveling with a child.
Cleanliness: Everything was meticulously clean. I was traveling with a baby, so my standards for cleanliness were very high, and they did a fantastic job.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. After breakfast, my child spent a long time playing with the sika deer. There's also a carousel in the lobby, which my little one absolutely loved.
Service: The most important thing to praise is the service! From the smiling staff who greeted us at the entrance, to them helping us bypass the queue at mealtime because we had a baby, to their patient supervision each time my child rode the carousel, and even the complimentary drinks and ice cream in the lobby – every single detail was handled perfectly. Throughout our entire trip to Hebei, I kept raving about how great this hotel was.
Why am I writing this review late at night? Because I just arrived in Qinhuangdao and also chose an older 5-star hotel there, but it was incredibly disappointing. Comparing it to the Tangshan Metropark Hotel, I just have to commend the hotel's service and Tangshan's dedication to tourism. There's no appreciation without comparison! Tangshan left me with such a wonderful impression.

GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the highway exit. The service details are very good. Although the decoration is relatively old, it is well maintained. The staff are very punctual and pay attention to the needs of guests. I don't like to sleep on soft pillows, but they gave me a buckwheat pillow. When I checked out, they gave me a few more bottles of water, which I could drink on the way. It was very considerate.

The hotel service they stayed in is super praised 👍, including the security guards covering the car with awnings, free laundry, and fruit chestnuts and water when they parted. It is the best service quality in the hotels I have stayed in recently. Breakfast is carried out in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, the dishes are quite satisfactory and the price is in line with the price, the service is great! This hotel is old and the hardware facilities are a bit old. Next to it is the Tangshan Department Store Branch, which contains a large supermarket and a dazzling array of daily necessities. There is also a large farmer's market 100 meters away from the hotel. Mountain walnuts, chestnuts, fresh grapes, fruits and vegetables are rich and affordable. The front desk informed in advance that there may be noise in the decoration next door, but it is indeed awakened in the morning, which is acceptable.
