The location does not exist. Money lost on a fake ad. The address given in writing, when typed in google maps, is in a place in the city and the place where it appears visually on the map is in another place that is about 5km away. The name is not of a hotel where you can find it on the map. It should be the random name given in the ad.
Check in time is only 2am throughout the day, but as I couldn't figure out the right location, I obviously didn't arrive on time.
There is no option to contact the person in charge other than by phone call and as I am from another country and was spending only 2 days in Morocco, obviously I don't have a cell phone to call.
In short, I couldn't get in touch with the person in charge, I still don't know the correct location, I don't even know if the place actually exists in this city. I tried a refund with Trip.com, which delayed the response 7x, because they also could not speak to the person in charge, and only 1 week after opening the complaint, they informed me that the person in charge refused to give the refund.
