The hotel location was slightly far from the main station which means you need a taxi up down. Facilities are only opened from 9 to 6pm and cleanilness is questionable with flies. Room is ok, spacious but low floor. Hotel has a splendid view of the sea.

My wife and I were in a trip around Morocco, starting in Marrakesh and finishing in Tanger. This hotel was a terrific idea to rest of the trip, to be near of the shore and restaurants. The people is very kind and the room is amazing

The hotel was very cheap we payed around 35euro. the room was quite big with a bathtub and a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The bellman was extremely nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty, the floor there was dirt on the wall. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be a kind bed. Once we arrived it was twin. We were very tired and it was late, we had to wait that the housekeeping staff come to make à the bed king. He was super nice by the way. Hotel location and room quality were very good. The breakfast was rich with choices, but number of coffee machines were not enough. There were long queues in front of the only two machines. However, they brewed good coffee from seeds. We enjoyed the beautiful voice and songs of the lady at the piano bar in the evenings, but very interestingly the hotel does not have a bar or cafeteria with a sea view. We had to go out to cafeterias nearby to have a cup of coffee with a sea view after a work day. Also they lacked proper stock of alcohol-free beer. It was only available 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and was extremely expensive. I also think the hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to what it offers. We would stay there again if we get a better deal than this time. Otherwise we will try another hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful with a smile.

In the old town, the streets are narrow and cars cannot drive in directly. I parked in the paid parking lot at the foot of the mountain. When I checked in to the hotel, I paid the hotel price of 30 local yuan per night and asked the waiter to take me to drive the car out of the parking lot. The parking fee was 5 local yuan. Finally, I went back to this parking lot and used the hotel sign. It was free. When I left the hotel, the waiter took me out again. Tip 20😂

The room is large and quiet, with a beautiful view outside the window. It is close to the beach and the train station. The hotel service is very good, and the staff often ask if you are satisfied. The breakfast is rich and more suitable for Chinese tastes than Western food.

The hotel merits the 5 star rating. Excellent all around. Breakfast is worth praising for the selection and quality of the produce. The staff is very attentive to guests' needs and comfort. A word of praise for the assistant floor/reception manager who out of his way to see to it that my stay was pleasant and memorable. Would only advise not to arrange airport pick-up through the hotel. The service will cost more than double that of a regular taxi. Otherwise, and as a seasoned world traveler, I strongly recommend the hotel.

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

The sea view room has a great view, you can watch the sunset, the facilities are also good, the breakfast is rich, but I was a little unhappy when I checked out. The hotel charged 20 dirhams in tax when we checked in the day before. We gave the gentleman at the front desk 100 dirhams, but he said he didn't have change and would give it to us later. When we checked out the next day, a female employee took over. We returned the room card to her, and she said, OK, no problem. We asked her about the change, and she said she didn't know. Later, another man said that there was such a thing, so we searched together and found the envelope with the money and the bill. We thought it should be fine, said thank you and prepared to leave. The female employee suddenly asked us if we had ordered any drinks for a fee. We said no, she wanted to continue, and seemed to want to call the floor phone, but fortunately the man stopped her. When checking out, she said OK, and then she did this again. If we were good at English, we would definitely complain to her!
