No complimentary water, tea, nor coffee, reception never answer phones. Given the hotel price I expect something more. The only upside is room is clean and new.

The room was clean and reasonably spacious. It was enough for a couple like us, and we would definitely use it again if we have the opportunity to go to Kansai Airport or elsewhere.

There are Chinese-speaking staff and Japanese guys at the front desk, which are super nice. The room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet. It is more than 10 minutes' drive from the airport, so it is very convenient to drive. There is a tram station 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. You can take one stop to Izumisano and transfer to the airport, which is also very fast. In short, it was an unexpected experience.

It is a hotel that is relatively close to the airport across the sea. It is a long way from the tram station. It feels like a factory conversion, mainly accommodating tour groups, etc. Except for a large 24-hour supermarket not far away, there is basically no supporting facilities around. It is suitable for tourists who are going to Kansai Airport to catch a flight. The service is very average, the room is large, but there is not even a chair in the whole room.

It was very clean and nice. Free wifi was also helpful. There was a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and the black telephone and other Japanese-style displays were nostalgic.

If you take a night flight and are afraid that there are no JR trains or trains out of other cities, I suggest you look for a hotel near Kansai Airport. But it takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the nearest station. There are 24-hour AEON and convenience stores nearby. Lobby: Provide hot water, tableware, microwave, free coffee/barley tea (late night snack facilities)

There is only a bed in the room, no table😂 I came back from a day out and the room was not cleaned. The front desk said that if the room needs to be cleaned, you need to let us know, otherwise it will not be cleaned by default. I have never heard of this.

The room is big and spacious. It's a new hotel, very comfortable and close to the airport. There are few rooms of this size in Japan. It's great

The room was new and clean, and very nice. I arrived at night, and the sign at the hotel entrance was hard to find, so it would be helpful if you could make it more visible with lighting.
