Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel .
Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.
The hotel is very new, but the room is a little small. It is the smallest room I stayed in during these days in Japan and the only room without a bathtub. Overall it is OK. The price is cheap, less than 400 per night. It is not far from the airport and the subway station is very convenient. However, it is still very expensive to take a taxi to the airport for 7KM. It is estimated to cost about RMB 200. There is a large AEON supermarket and a delicious barbecue restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to buy things and eat.

Just minutes from the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Check-in was seamless and quick, allowing to settle in without any stress. The room was comfortable and quiet, ideal for a restful night before an early flight. Highly recommend for anyone needing easy access to the airport.
Clean, very luxurious, there's a place to soak in the water, everything is there, hardly any extra preparation required. The room is big and very comfortable to sleep.
I went to Osaka several times and stayed at this hotel on the way back because it is close to Osaka Rinku Outlets. After storing your luggage, you can walk across the outlet. When you are tired of shopping, you can go back to the hotel to rest and take a nap in the afternoon, and continue shopping in the evening! However, there was a group this time, and the hotel may not have received a group before, so the breakfast was not prepared enough, and the food was sold out quickly, and you had to wait for a long time before you could get food. I will prepare my own breakfast in the future.
The standard twin room is good enough to have two sizable luggage, it is very important for visitors to stay at the last night before going to airport. Free parking adds value. The onsen is not big, but good enough to be relax after one day's shopping or sightseeing. We have a very pleasant half day stay at the nearby AEON factory mall. The supermarket, the shopping area and the restaurants, food court offering many good choices. Even you don't go to AEON, few small Japanese restaurants nearby, you have choices too. The location is very good for early flight back home, just 15 mins driving distance, can sleep more.
The room is very clean, the sheets and quilt covers have a light fragrance. The hotel has self-service check-in and check-out, which is very convenient. It is very quiet at night and I slept very well. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which is also convenient for eating. I am very satisfied. It is also very close to the airport. If you have enough time, you can go shopping in the outlet mall. It is pretty good and I am very satisfied.
The room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
