Overall, they are very service-minded. The greeter at the door took the initiative to help with luggage and said hello. Check-in was smooth, with an old man and a young child. The lady at the front desk upgraded us to an executive floor. The floor is high and the view is good. It happens to be the New Year, and the hotel also prepared New Year's limited cakes. Welcome fruits are also prepared in the room, as well as white fungus soup in the evening. The breakfast is rich in variety, including many Taizhou specialty snacks. You can try them all and they taste good. I will choose Crown again next time I come to Taizhou.

Ordered a cup of soda American coffee, it was delicious! The internal environment is very good, I like his 🚿 shower device, it feels more advanced! The service attitude is also very good! Recommend everyone! The only downside: it rained the night I went, because it was on the first floor, and the room heard very loud rain!

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Rome. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Rome, as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. We are just back home from Rome and our week stay in the hotel could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Airport by bus. The staff is helpful, we had a very late check in and the man in the reception was so nice and helpful even it was 23:45. The room was spacious and we also booked a room with free mini bar – Fantastic and recommended !! Breakfast was very good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. Want to say a special thank you to all receptionists who helped us so much! We will recommend the hotel to everyone and will return for sure! Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and
