Sheraton Taizhou Hotel

This is a pretty new hotel with good service. It was my first time staying in an executive room, and I went straight to the executive lounge for dinner, which saved me a meal expense. They also had cocktails in the evening. The executive floor wasn't very crowded, so it was quite quiet. The room had a nice river view. The courtyard downstairs was very pleasant for an evening stroll. The swimming pool was a bit small but very clean. Breakfast was quite varied, with all my favorites like tofu pudding, milk, and oatmeal.

The room was pretty good, nice and bright, very satisfied! The hygiene was also good, but I felt the bedding was just average; the sheets were a bit stiff. It felt different from other Sheratons' bedding – not very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they were enthusiastic, efficient, and spoke clearly. Thumbs up! Breakfast hours were very convenient, and the food tasted alright, but the variety wasn't extensive. Also, there was no one to guide us to a table when we entered, so we had to find our own seats, which felt a bit chaotic. There's a decent-sized mall with a large supermarket not far from the hotel, which is quite convenient. However, overall, I felt the hotel's location was a bit out of the way; it's quite far from all the tourist attractions. Since we had a car, it didn't bother us much.

The guy at the front desk was really friendly and thoughtful; he even suggested preparing breakfast early for us since we were heading to Jiufeng Mountain. However, the biggest drawback was the tiny window with no screen, which meant a lot of mosquitoes got into the room. Our whole family got bitten throughout the night, and my husband didn't sleep a wink, which was tough since he had to go to Jiufeng again the next day. A good night's sleep is the most important thing when staying at a hotel, but this experience was truly disappointing. Also, when we went for breakfast at 10 AM, there was hardly anything left.

The facilities are good, the breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent.

This is the most convenient place to stay when visiting Huangyan Grottoes. My wife and I barely slept last night; we just couldn't understand how the room could be so stuffy and hot. If we opened the window, the blaring horns and traffic noise were unbearable [laughing crying emoji]. The main issue was that the room's air conditioning didn't allow us to adjust between hot and cold independently. Despite that, the hotel service was very good, and breakfast was nice.

Staying at the Sheraton was a truly delightful experience. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always proactive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was spotless with great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, fresh, and delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
