This is a nice hotel in the vicinity of the train station. You can literally walk out of the train station and to the hotel. We were lucky and received an upgrade upon arrival. The staff are friendly and helpful and could speak to us in English. The hotel also has a nice convenience store in the lobby. The room is big, clean and cozy. The hotel is a little far out from the city centre but thankfully it’s just a short drive away.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Location is near airport so yes, you can hear the planes but it does not irritate you at all. Rooms were clean and really no smoking what is very rear in China. Breakfast was just amazing! There was a huge choise of European food and it was very important to us because we were traveling with different age of kids and wanted to be sure they will enjoy breakfast. Fruits, coffee, juice and great kitchen! Well done!

The check-in experience was excellent. Traveling with friends, the young lady and the younger brother at the front desk were very warm, caring and polite, and the key voices were very sweet. Hahahahaha. They also prepared drinks and snacks for us. The room was also very comfortable. 維也納一直都蠻不錯，前台服務人員動作也很麻利，很快就辦理好入住，態度也很親切，房間一如既往的好，乾淨衞生，就是空調不給力，感覺根本沒有製冷，雖然晚上也不熱，但也並不涼快，畢竟被子那麼厚，蓋也不是，不蓋也不是，在糾結中最終還是睡著了！早餐比我在其它維也納要豐盛，很多好吃的，反正很合我的胃口，有現煮的麪條餛飩，味道都很不錯，是近段時間旅遊以來早餐最好的一頓了！
