I have never had such a bad experience. 200 a night should not be a rubbish hotel, and the rating is 4.7 1. I was late for airport pick-up and was freezing: I called the hotel at 9 o'clock to pick up the airport. The hotel is five minutes away from the airport, but the driver didn't show up until 9:30. He kept saying he would be there in a few minutes, but I ended up freezing outside for half an hour. 2. The driver who picked us up "sent me to the wrong" hotel: After the driver was sent to pick us up, he didn't take me to Home Inn, but to a hotel called Lotto. After getting off the car, a young man appeared and took me there very actively. I took my luggage inside. When I asked questions, they explained the same thing over and over again. This hotel is owned by the owner of Homeinn’s brother, etc. I quickly contacted Ctrip and the owner of Homeinn and insisted on staying in the hotel I booked. The guy who grabbed the luggage hesitated for a while, maybe because of our firm attitude, before he agreed to send us to Home Inn (the airport pick-up guy had already left). When we arrived at Home Inn, the landlady explained that "it was delivered to the wrong person", but whether it was the wrong delivery or for some other reason, you can find out for yourself. 3. The soundproofing of the hotel is average. The sound of children crying at 12 o'clock seriously affects sleep. In the morning, there are also sounds of pedestrians coming and going through the door. 4. I checked in at 8 o'clock the day before and checked again and again to see if I could leave on time. The boss said yes. However, when I came downstairs, the master seemed confused and was washing up. He took his time before setting off. I went down early but was delayed. 5. The hotel's hygienic condition is average. There are no bath towels, only tattered towels. There is garbage left by the previous guest in the wash cup and the toilet smells bad. During this process, Ctrip customer service was not very considerate when assisting in solving problems, and the service quality needs to be improved.

The room was relatively clean, but the bathroom smelled bad. This is my first time staying at a Home Inn that didn’t separate wet and dry bathrooms! Disposable slippers are really not flattering, they just feel thicker than paper. The room didn't even provide tissues! Drunk too! In short, the experience of staying at Home Inn this time was very poor!

The airport delivery package is pretty good, but the bathroom always smells like pesticides, which is really unpleasant.

It's not bad. I promised to send it to South Station but when I went to the store, I said it wouldn't be delivered. Overall, it's not bad. You can consider it. There are a lot of places to eat nearby which are more convenient.
