Taipei Zhongzheng District 4-star Hotels

Location was great! Walking distance to Xi Men Ding, main Taipei Train Station, and to Beimen or Ximen train station. Our room was facing the intersection, but we could barely hear any noises from the road, Bed was comfortable, room was clean and looks very modern. Design and aesthetics of the room was meticulously planned. Toilet and shower felt very comfortable. Room service is provided daily. Getting our two bottles of free water daily. Room’s tv is controlled by an iPad, you may activate Chromecast so that you may use ur own personal devices to be reflected on the room’s tv. We had to request for a kettle as it was not provided. However, they gave it to us really quickly upon request.

I love the self check in because it is very convenient. Plus you can store your luggage with lock if you came in early. There are assistants too near the self-check in. I will choose here again if i came back to taiwan.

I stayed at **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** with my family from December 10th to 15th, and while it had its positives, there were a few aspects that would make me hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is in the heart of **Ximending**, just a short walk from Ximending MRT station, making it convenient for exploring the area. You’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment, so it's ideal if you want to be in the middle of the action. #### Room: We stayed in the **Superior Family Room**, which was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The room had a modern design, with comfortable beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a desk. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it worked well for our needs. The shower had good water pressure, and everything was clean and in good condition. #### Service: The service was friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and were prompt in fulfilling our requests for extra towels and pillows. #### Amenities: The **breakfast** was okay, but not impressive. The buffet had a basic selection of both Western and ********* breakfast items, but it became repetitive, and the quality could have been better. It was just enough to get by, but nothing memorable. One issue that affected our stay was the **noise in the lobby at night**. It often felt like a social hangout spot, with a large group of people drinking beer and playing games. It wasn't always clear if all of them were hotel guests, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially for anyone trying to relax or sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a problem, as the lobby area gets pretty lively late into the night. #### Overall Experience: While **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** offers great value for its central location and the rooms are generally comfortable, the noise from the lobby and the underwhelming breakfast left a bit of a negative impression. Based on this experience, **I probably wouldn't stay here again**. I would likely choose a hotel that's even closer to Ximending, with quieter surroundings and a better breakfast. Would I recommend it? If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Ximending and don't mind some noise in the evenings, it could work for you. But for a more peaceful stay, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Actually everything was really nice. Nice Room, breakfast was good, candybar is super nice and the staff was friendly and helped us with the one problem we had: the bed. Super hard and uncomfortable. They gave us extra blankets to make it more soft but it helped just a bit. For 5 nights it was painful for less Nights it’s possible.

Hotel is very modern and clean. Staffs are friendly. Was even able to cast YouTube onto the TV for my little one, which is a major plus! The laundry facility was also a life saver as we visited several other Asia cities prior to arriving. Not much at the close proximity of the hotel but we didn't mind since it was easy enough to hail a ride to wherever we wanted/ needed to go.

I had a pleasant stay at Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei, and here’s my breakdown: Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city. Perfect for travelers looking to maximize their time in Taipei. Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐ While the basics are well-covered, the hotel lacks certain amenities like a dehumidifier and gym. These could significantly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in Taipei's humid climate. Overall, Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei excels in key areas but has room for improvement in its facilities. I would recommend it for its convenience and exceptional service, but those looking for more extensive amenities might want to consider other options.

Simple no frills room - awesome location, good service and super clean They would not provide any toothbrush and other disposable items from 2025 There is washing machine and dryer available for all hotel guest. I arranged for my luggage to be kept at the hotel while I took a small bag to go to beitou

Good location very near to MRT station with nearby shopping, convenient store and food around. Ximending night market just across the road. The hotel room are clean and spacious with nice breakfast buffet. Will stay again if i come bk to Taipei. Highly recommend

Cleanliness and functionality were evident, with my room being notably spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. However, the room’s decor was somewhat dreary and outdated, which detracted from the overall ambience. On a positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep without any disturbances. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which added to the pleasantness of my stay. Unfortunately, there was an exception during breakfast times. A particular man displayed a noticeable lack of interest in guest welfare. On two occasions, he saw me struggling to open the terrace door and did not offer to help, even walking past me once when I was clearly in need of assistance with my hands full. This behavior suggested a disregard for guest service. On a lighter note, the hotel features a charming micro-garden at the back, which was a delightful place to relax. In summary, while the hotel does not necessarily inspire a “wow” factor, it maintains the essentials for a practical and generally comfortable business stay.

Very convenient location close to Taipei main station and Ximen area- we stayed several times for short stopovers in Taipei - also easy to reach from Taoyuan Airport with the AirPort Express. Get the easy card for public transport - it’s more widely accepted than 7eleven iCash and remeining balance can be refunded at the end of your trip at the airport
