Comfortable stay there, house keeping staff was accommodating and often helped to tidy up. Front desk staff helped us to microwave food when asked. The second time I stayed at Eslite Travel, because the first experience was very good, but the second time was very bad, the reason was that the service attitude of the counter staff in the morning was really bad. I stayed for three days and two nights twice, and the experience was particularly deep. The reason is that the air-conditioning outlet in the room on the first night has a very small abnormal sound at night, which affects the sleep of my family. The crib may be old, so I will bark when I move it. I start to feel a little delusional and feel that it is not the same hotel. Later, I asked me about the city view ”Executive Package Room” booked on the official website. I just booked it by looking at the official website photos. The original room type photos on the official website are only for reference? Why should I divide the room type? The counter also kept saying that I should see the lower price ”classic room”, but I booked it from the official website instead of the reservation website. It turned out that there were photos and actual doubts. Later, if things could not be solved, I gave up communication. After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. This experience made me understand that Eslite Travel staff is not trained enough, there is a very good attitude, there are also very poor, the quality of the room type is also uneven..., the second stay in a five-star hotel, this time the whole family did not sleep well for two days, really sad and disappointed.

Arrived early morning on ***** New Year's Day. Front desk staff Mr. Li was very helpful and courteous. He told me to proceed to 15th floor gym lounge to relax from my cross Pacific long haul flight and to help myself with the free coffee there. It was a much needed break from a long journey started from NYC. I found the hotel room is very attractive and nicely decorated and designed. My rate didn't include the breakfast so no comment on that. The hotel is a short walk from Taipei's MRT Brown line station. Due to the New Year Day celebration, nearly all shops in the area were closed for the holidays. But one still can easily get most necessities from the nearby 7-11 store. Overall, it's a nice short stay at FX Hotel.

Great location and a very convenient hotel to visit within Taipei. Close to Taipei 1O1 as well. Overall hotel was clean and staff was very courteous and supportive. Had a separate vegetarian menu which was a plus for us. Overall facilities in terms children activities could be added. We definitely stay again at the hotel during the next visit

The hotel room was nice with all the necessities but I would recommend the hotel to invest in an air purifier for the room with no windows.. the air quality inside the room was not good at all and it release a musty smell. (I sneezed too much inside the room, i’m very sensitive with dust) But The location of the hotel is amazing with lots of restaurants nearby..and is very convenient!

Although the hotel is far from the city, everything about the hotel itself is amazing. Book this place to get away from the craziness of downtown, but be sure to leave from here more than 4 hours to get to the airport if you're driving. It can be troublesome. I’ll return here again because I enjoy the ease and air of the room. It fits~ Both Double and King rooms are nice and the Internet is blazing fast in case you need to stream or hold online meetings.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near the mrt station and the shopping area. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Surprised that the bathroom had a bathtub! Bed was comfy too. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as required by the ”3+4” quarantine rules. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious but t the service is inconsistent. The first 3-4 days were great but it declined quickly after that. I paid in full for the room and meals two weeks before I arrived in Taiwan. However, they messed up my check out date and I had to call in the last 2 days for the quarantine meals to be delivered to my room. They also do not offer instant coffee or coffee machine in the room. Taipei has many good boutique hotels but they opted not to be quarantine hotels, so I only had limited quarantine hotel choices during my quarantine period. Otherwise, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Trip with my mum and sister. It’s nice and cozy hotel! Near to bus station and also MRT/metro station! It’s convenient almost for everything! The upper limit of the TV volume is set so low that it’s so low that you can’t hear the TV clearly while sitting on the bed. After entering the room, the cell phone reception was poor. Among the 3 hotels where I had stayed for my 1-week trip in Taipei, I had the best sleep there (can fall asleep right away and slept through the night, haha!) We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of our trip and stayed 2 more nights at the end of our trip. The hotel was clean and had friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. All in all very cost-effective. Good location, only 5 minutes from the subway. We were lucky that the room was on the 6/8 floor facing the main street. When we were in Taiwan, they helped us keep our luggage and arranged a taxi for us. It is very convenient to take the subway tour in Taipei buy a convenience card. Attractions: Sure recommend Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-shek Monument, boat trips to Macau and tea rooms, and trips to Tsim Sha Tsui. Elsewhere on the island, the Tailu Pavilion has great canyons and rivers and the Jiuwan Tunnel is not to be missed); the public transportation system is very convenient. The trains on the island are very efficient.

Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.

When I get up the next morning and want to renew my room The morning front desk ladyactually wanted to use the upgraded room rate to renew the room Otherwise, please switch back to a double bed room type. I have always emphasized that we are promoted It’s not that I took the initiative to ask for an upgrade. And the night before, I heard that there were no customers at night. Location was very convenient. Its a 10 min walk to the taipei 101 MRT station and right under the hotel is a 7/11 convenience store with a MOS burger fastfood chain. The building does seem old but the interior and rooms were recently renovated. My only problem was their plumbing in the toilet. It releases a bad odor on certain times but other than that the room is really clean
