The room was very old-fashioned; it was my first time seeing a hotel where you still use a key to open the door. The front desk service was also mediocre. When I checked in and asked about toiletries, they just replied, 'Go buy them outside.'

The property is near ximending area. I like it because the view is great from the buffet area where we had our daily breakfast, they always clean our room and the bed is comfortable. Will consider staying in this place when we visit taipei again. 😍

It's pretty standard, nothing special. These older hotels seem common in Taipei. The only real downside is the noise from passing trains outside. The location is neither great nor terrible, just... okay.

Guestroom bathroom was OK-with push hutton bidet. However, each bed has only 1 regular pillow & a mini pillow. It would be better if each bed has 2 regular pillows, felt the small one is not needed.

The location of the hotel is just 10 mins. away from ximending. You can just walk and see around the city without the hassle. There are a lot of stores nearby too.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would stay here again.

First impression counts, and the positive experience started right as I stepped into the hotel, even checking in at almost 12 midnight, there were staff helping us to open the glass entrance doors welcoming us in with a smile to the reception tor check in. Reception staff were also very polite and enthusiastic too. The room was nice and cosy too and the location is great, with just a few minutes walk to the popular Xi Men Ding street.

Good customer service. However, the room was not too clean. When I entered the room, I saw a rubber band (not mine) on the floor meaning it was not cleaned properly. The shower/bath tub drainage was a bit slow.
