Generally good in terms of helpful and friendly staff. Some drawbacks: very limited kitchenware, enough only for cooking instant noodles and fry eggs and no more. No dishwashing detergent or tea towel. Very limited supply of towels and not even one for drying hands. No hair conditioner or body lotion in bathroom. No spared roll of toilet paper. No public toilet in lobby and have to go to McDonald’s a block away from the hotel.

Big & huge room (bedroom, living room and especially a bathroom 🤩❤️ Really good location, next to ZhongShan Station and also not far from Taipei majn station and near too bus stop - opposite to the park - close to the shopping The staffs are really nice, kind and halpfull The place is so clean All facilities are great (washing & dry machine with detergent, coffee machine, mini snack bar at the lobby) But... no breakfast! 😛

Location is very convenient it’s just 5 mins walk away from Zhong Shan mrt, and the room is huge with a big ass bath room. Really worth it with this price tag

A gem. Close to Zhong Shan MRT (5 min), A big mall with restaurants, 2 convenience stores round a corner. Mango, Daiso, plenty of local foods. Easily accessible. Rooms are very clean.

This 2nd stay Since the last stay was satisfied so this time again choose it but obviously worse than the last hygiene level found ants on the bed 😳 wifi received poor but fortunately the staff provided help hopefully the hygiene level will improve

Friendly reception staff 👍 The room I stayed in this time has the specifications of one bedroom, one living room and one kitchen. There are TVs in the room and living room. The kitchen has an IH stove, sink, and microwave oven that can be used. There are also two capsule coffee machines that can be used, and a toilet. There is a washer, remover and dryer inside, which is really convenient! The only drawback is that there is only hot water in the shower head for bathing, which can be hot and cold. The continuous hot water supply needs improvement!

The room is a bit old and there is not much sound insulation between the room and the outside.

Ordered for 1/10~1/18 , but we were extremely disappointed. We fled to other hotels on 1/13. It turns out that on 1/11 the cleaning lady exclaimed about the thick dust on the floor of the house, which caught our attention! We asked the hotel to check and ask for the air conditioning filter to be cleaned. When we came back three or four hours later, even though it was cleaned, it was still on the table. There was a layer of dust on the lampshade and on the floor, which became thicker and thicker as time went by. , I am alert that the decoration of this hotel may have oxidized over time, which is caused by dust, because the windows cannot be opened! This is 24-hour indoor air pollution! No one can live there! No wonder I keep coughing! Just imagine, if you have lung problems or weak bronchi, you stay in such a room, and if you get the disease again at home, you still don’t know how to get it! There is a big problem with the service management of this hotel, because the manager, Manager Qiu, admitted that he was fully aware of this serious problem in the entire building. He claimed that as long as it was cleaned regularly, it would be fine! Completely take care of the health of our customers. They continue to rent out their houses and make money without conscience! Ctrip was very helpful in helping us move out smoothly and refunded part of the rent we had not yet moved in.
