Hotel is very large, staff are nice and good, and arrange early check in for us.

Walking distance from Arena Taipe MRT Station Next to mall & convenience shop 2 halal restaurant nearby (walking distance)

Room felt clean and spacious when we entered. housekeeping wasn’t done properly on 2/5 nights. One of the days the rubbish weren’t cleared, and another day we found one of our used towels dropped on the carpet.

Not too bad the hotel ... just that no working table only a small glass dining table

so i booked this hotel, very nice , clean , good service, etc. The gym was one of the best i went in Taipei ever, big, not many people, many equipments . Only one thing that i have to say is that i book this hotel on Trip.com i special requested that i would like to have a room close to the lift, i understand that rooms close to lift might be full but they gave me a room that at the second end of the corridor..... so i wonder if the hotel get my request or just the hotel room was full? beside of that special request situation the swimming pool required people to wear a swimming cap to enter the swimming pool, i mean, the swimming pool is like 10 meters long? why would u request a swimming cap for that? the sell swimming cap for TWD$300 each n only comes in pink... Hotel was great, room is perfect, bath is perfect. GYM is BEST of the BEST n there is a 7-11 in the hotel which is also great.

Clean and spacious room with complimentary pool and sauna access. Hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, a short 5min walk to Taipei Arena metro station.

location is great but my bathroom bath area is very old style and high step go in and out , this is not good

The service desk is very helpful and provide all the necessary information to me, all the staffs is very helpful and friendly. The hotel also very near to arena taipei

4 star hotel with great location in the middle of Taipei. Breakfast could be better.

the carpet feels bit old and not so clean, but can just wear the comfy slippers. level 1 have 7-11, beside hotel have breeze mall. eventhough the hotel not so near to MRT but the walkway to the hotel is very interesting, many shops in between.

Bright and clean! Big room with a balcony. Few mins walk to the subway station

Hotel was good as expected.. there was construction going on in front of my window which was a bit unpleasant at night, but acceptable.. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
