Location was convenient and service was as expected of Regent. Only issue is that I wish the gym was 24 hours! (Closes at 1030pm).

Regent is a 5-star hotel with great service and good location in Zhongshan District in Taipei. Price wise is a bit on the high side but the hotel service is top notch.
There is also a small shopping gallery inside the hotel with shops selling luxury products such as LV and Chanel. There is live music at the cafe inside the hotel too.
The rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great with big variety of cuisine to choose from.
Location is about 10-15mins walk to Zhongshan MRT train station.
Nearby has many shops which is convenient.

Wonderful stay with very neat environment
I went during xmas and the hotel was well decorated with a big xmas tree and Santa Clause to take photos with
Restaurants in hotel are also fantastic except they are quite fully booked
In general, we would love to return to the hotel next time

I booked a premium class room with balcony. The balcony was covered by a large ventilation duct and It was loud and you can smell kitchen aromas. Also room was not ready till 5pm. Very bad experience.
