For the price paid for the stay, I would expect a higher level of service. Upon arrival at the resort, there was no one to assist to carry the luggages. Check out time is earlier than most hotel at 11AM. Any extension requires additional money.
Food standards at the Chinese restaurant had dropped . Breakfast variety had not been as good as before.

Very impressed by kind service of all staffs.
Specially thanks to Mr Chen's personal driving for us to downtown.
Hotel is located a little far from the central but exceptional kind service of Mr Chen can cover everything

The room is supreme and comfortable when you need hot springs anytime. The location was far beyond the city or city. The view was excellent for photo taking for the background.

They don’t serve buffet for breakfast. They only served western or ********* style. It was bored if keep on eating the same food every morning.
