Only a ten-minute walk from Taipei main station, the lady on the front desk checking me in was very friendly.
The room was clean and looked recently refurbished. My only criticism is that the air conditioning is on a centralised system so the room never got as cool as I wanted.

Clean and spacious room, great localisation, friendly and welcoming staff, near a night market by 5 minutes by foot and also near a lot of bus stop and the subway. Highly recommended for your stay in Taipei!

It's like a motel, except there's no garage, no safe, and the rooms smell like cigarettes.
The room was clean but the floor was sticky for some reason
I couldn't check in at 4 o'clock because the previous guest hadn't checked out yet (I don't know if this is an advantage or a disadvantage)

It takes 6 minutes to walk to Dihua Street and it is very quiet at night. What I want to complain about is that I came here after 3 pm and didn't get the room until after 5 pm, because it was rented to a temporary tenant, you know. Because I want to choose a hotel with high cost performance, otherwise I will live in the Royal Hotel next door.
