Near two MRT stations, about a 3-minute walk. Near convenience stores, a pharmacy, and about a 5-minute walk to a large grocery store. Bath included a tub, and toilet was a dream! Automatic with heated toilet seats. Breakfast buffet was not available during our stay, but we were given meal stubs for the cafe near the hotel.

The hotel is nice and comfortable but the rooms are small with barely any natural light.
The breakfast was terrible - chicken nuggets, weird salad/vegetables and packaged processed bread rolls. Nothing is replaced so make sure you get there early and watch out for the salty eggs! You also have the pleasure of cleaning your own table at the end.
As for room cleaning, you have to ask before 12pm - something they may not inform you like I experienced myself. The coffee and teas were not replaced, neither was the toilet paper. I had to request these separately.
For the level of service, the hotel is way overpriced.

I just happened to book a discounted price on the trip. I like the size of the room in the photo. Self-service check-in is available at three o'clock. You can store your luggage first. Unfortunately, the musty smell in the room is very strong. The musty smell was so strong that it was difficult to sleep on the first night. There are many restaurants near the hotel, there is a bus station nearby, and the MRT is a little far away. If you have luggage and take the MRT, remember that there are escalators and elevators from Exit 2!
