What a disappointment. The room is so worn out. The carpet is all stained and dirty. This is the first hotel I had to go Reception to feedback on the room condition. The wifi is not stable too. I will definitely not come back again.

Big disappointment.. the shower door couldn’t fully closed left water leak everywhere even out to the front of the bathroom. The bathroom itself never been dry. The bathroom door also leaves about 2 inch gap. It was moldy and dirty. Even though we told the front office staff to manage, it was never fixed. Even asked for extra floor towel we never received. The bf was also a nightmare, a lot of tours using this hotel so don’t expect a peaceful morning bf.
We also requested a room easy for wheelchair access, we were assigned the room on the opposite side of the wheelchair elevator (more closer to the elevator for normal people which generally busy) Run away fast!

The room was not very clean, but the location of this hotel is good. Close to the MRT station and just opposite Ximending for shopping and eating. Room service was provided every day, which I thought was good. The laundry room is open from 10am to 10pm, which I thought was not very friendly, as we might do laundry after returning to the hotel at night. The hotel wifi is stable.

Midtown Richardson has a great location, conveniently close to public transport and major attractions. However, the room itself was quite small, and while it was okay overall, it didn’t stand out in terms of comfort or amenities. It’s a decent option if you prioritize location over space.

Good location, a few minutes walk to Ximending mrt & shopping street. The double bed mattress sagged in the middle. Free breakfast buffet and selection is ok.

Room is quite spacious with two double beds
The WiFi was very poor in 1st assigned room, hotel was helpful to arrange another room. Overall is a good and big traditional hotel, but the cleaning should need to do better in general
