Great central location within walking distance to Metro. And the staff members are really friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the floor of the bathroom is a lot higher than that of bedroom, so I was concerned for my children and elderly parent.

Hard to find because hotel in the buiding ,check in on 14 floor but we will not see any sign to know should more notice board
Man on the front very bad bad bad. Manner. They said in harsh voice to customer when I say English please , not any complimentary you have to buy 😫

The check-in experience is a little odd, make sure take the elevators to the LEFT. The staff was friendly. The room was indicated as a window room but essentially wasn’t, only pointing to the inside of the building. I like the idea of having a shared kitchen space. There’s no service staff to clean your room. But for the price and location I think it’s a good deal.

Next to the Taipei Arena, it's very close to walk back to the hotel after watching the game. There are also convenience stores nearby.
There are underground parking spaces (reservations are required, $400 on holidays from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am the next day)
The accommodation space is quite good for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

Apart from the convenient location, there are few other advantages.
The sound insulation is very poor. The assigned room has a window to the outside, but the curtains cannot completely block the light. It is also facing the road. The conversations of passers-by outside can be clearly heard, and even the sound of cars opening and closing doors can be heard. The bed was very difficult to sleep on and completely collapsed. Finally, the network signal is very poor.

There were mosquitoes in the room. Although an electric mosquito swatter was provided in the room, there was no trace of mosquitoes. They kept buzzing around my ears. It was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but the smell of the toilet was very strong.

Overall very comfortable
I booked a quadruple room, which is quite big!
The bathroom is also very clean🫰🏻 There is plenty of hot water and the lady at the counter is very gentle
My friends and I were very satisfied with our stay and will come back next time
