Hotel and rooms are really pretty. The staff is gentle, proactive and gentle while the location of the hotel is very convenient for transportation. Many shops and restaurants at short distance, metro at less the 10 minutes walk.

When I checked in on 112/12/22, I encountered smoke coming from the ceiling.
I informed the counter staff and then went to check it belatedly.
The fire brigade was called, and after checking, the whole room lost power.
I couldn’t take a shower even after I got it, it was already midnight, and I couldn’t get a refund.
