Everything was great except when it was cold at 7 degrees. I tried to take a hot bath in the tub and the hot water turned cold after few minutes and there was no more hot water after that. The next morning the heated pool was also not warm enough. I was told by the pool guard the that the heating system for the rooms was out of order the night before but only the rooms were affected. Rooms are spacious. Would be great if hotel can provide shuttle service to town, night markets, places of interest or major hot spots on demand.

We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

One of my favourite hotel!! Breakfast is very nice with a lot of options to choose. Love that there is TV in the toilet. The room is spacious for 4 adults. The downside is that the hotel is in the middle of the road. So it is a bit hard to cross the road if there is a lot of car driving pass.

The room is generally clean. There is nothing special about the whole hotel, but the location is really good and you can check in by yourself. Overall, it’s quite recommended. There are KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Quanlian where you can buy snacks and alcohol. It's very convenient for friends to travel. The best thing is that it only costs +200 for one hour after checking out~~

The location is very good and the service staff is very friendly Stayed in a 4-person room, which was not big but enough for rest. The breakfast line is a bit narrow/there aren’t many options but it’s still okay There is a whole family downstairs There is also a souvenir shop diagonally opposite which is very convenient. The matching parking lot also happens to be a cafe across the street. It is a convenient way to go to Fengjia. There is a shuttle bus that leaves every half an hour. It's about less than 5 minutes' drive. Overall very satisfied.

Looking at the comments of many people, I didn't care so much at first, I felt just small details, and I found it really a bit scary after I checked in. The hot and cold water problems mentioned in the reviews are true. It is not easy to adjust the hot water to the appropriate temperature. Even if you don't have a very comfortable temperature water, the water flow is not big, the bath is really painful, if you come to stay in winter, I think it should be more painful. In addition, on the cleanliness issue, the bathroom is really big, personally feel good, but perhaps because of the color of the floor, it is not easy to find dirty, a casual foot to step on the shower room around only to find oil stains! Very oily kind! I can see that I didn't go to brush for a few months. I don't care about the dirt in other rooms, the dust around the things that are collected in the room is different from person to person. The conclusion is that the underground parking lot is not bad although it costs $150, as for the cleanliness... can only be said to be a bit scary!

It is within walking distance from Fengjia Night Market, there are convenience stores and supermarkets around, and it is convenient and the price is not expensive. We booked 2 twin rooms for 4 adults and arranged them next to each other, but 1 of the 2 rooms was very dark. It may have been due to the shape of the room, but it was so dark that I wondered if the lights were out somewhere. Since it was only one night, I didn't think it would be necessary to change the room, but it wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety and the taste is average. Overall, it's not bad, but there are many reasonable hotels in Taichung, so if I go again, I'm not sure if I'll stay there.

Was given a bigger room but it has a funky smell. Requested to change a room but they denied until I had to give them a 2nd call right after they hang up. They asked someone to come over to check and upon acknowledging the weird smell in the toilet, they say just let the smell go away on it's own with freshener. I had to reject the housekeeper TWICE before they let me change another room which is much better. No smell and cleaner. They should've given this room from the start. Service is terrible but the location is just beside Fengjia Night Market which is a plus point. There is a bus stop just below the hotel that goes to Ruyi to get some snacks shopping done. Breakfast quality is bad but sufficient. No high expectation on the breakfast.

The person who answered the service phone said he would notify me, but no one answered the call when I called the hotel counter, and the door was locked until 1 At half past 30, a foreign cleaning staff came back to open the door.
