Hotel was located within 10 mins car ride from the Taichung HSR station. However while it was advertised that the hotel is near to Feng Chia Night Market, it was not that near afterall. It was about a 15-20 mins walk one-way. Main attractions that we were visiting during this trip was also mainly located nearer to the TRA station. Nevertheless, the staff are generally quite helpful and attentive, helping us to call for cabs on numerous occasions. Room was decent and comfortable also. Only downside for us was the location. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

Room is spacious but the cleaniness does not meet the brand. Had to carry all luggages myself cause there were no butler in the 5 star hotel.

Hotel without good maintenance and clean environment of the room but charge in high room rate . Will try another hotel next time to Taichung .

The counter service is very good, the room is tidy, the shampoo and shower gel is refillable, not packaged, it's a pity that you can't go out to the balcony, the breakfast is also highly recommended, but the parking lot is a bit small

The location is very close to Fengjia shopping district. The food is delicious. I will come back again. Everything is worth it. Everything including the bed, bathroom and the overall environment is a great experience.

To be honest, the photo is really different from the real thing. The room is really small compared to the photo. There is also dirty hair next to the sink. It’s disgusting. The price for such cleaning is so high. The breakfast is okay but the service is terrible. When we stand in front of something to be cooked, we won't ask if we need anything. We ask him ourselves. The chef just stands there blankly and stares at us, unless you ask him if you want him to cook the noodles for me. Well, he just answered you 🤷♀️ He wouldn’t tell the guest that he had to help cook the noodles by himself, he would just stand there and look at me... Is the chef not awake yet?
