"The boss was very warm and courteous, and was introduced by a handsome guy when he checked in. The room was clean, it was convenient to eat and buy nearby, the triple room had a balcony, a great stay."

"The staff were very attentive; when there was an issue with the electric kettle's socket, they proactively helped us switch rooms. Our initial room (ROOMXX07) was quite unclean, especially by the window, and I wouldn't recommend it – if it rained, you could hear dripping noises all night. The new room, however, was excellent and we were very satisfied with it."

"I checked in on the night of 2/21 and knew that the hotel uses a thermal water heater. The service staff also said that the first person has to wait 10-15 minutes for the next person to take a shower after the first shower. We can accept that, but the point is ⚠️ from the first shower after entering the room at 02:10 in the morning, the first person took a shower and the hot water ran out in less than five minutes. I felt it was a stretch to come out for a relaxing vacation and not have hot water to take a shower. I was in a bad mood. Another point is ⚠️ There is no service phone number to notify 😔"

"The location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Feng Chia Night Market. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so the neighborhood isn't noisy at night. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and it's adjacent to Feng Chia Park. While the room is a bit dated and uses an old-fashioned key, a huge plus is that electricity isn't dependent on a key card. This means the power stays on continuously, allowing you to return to a cool room even in summer, which is fantastic."

"The sanitation is very clean, and the service attitude is very good. They took me to the entrance of the room and helped to turn on the air conditioner. It's just that the TV is a bit old, and it's strange that they didn't give me the room key."

"Great location, the neibhourhood park is a must go place, and many conviences stores and supermarkets. The MRT is only 5 minute walk, can lead to Costco, and Center Centre. Still the best for me and my sons are the leisure and game room, with such a wonder video game machine called ”Supreme X Galloping”, we played the ”Final Fight” in the final night with so much more fun!"

"Received warm welcome WhatsApp messages from hotel one day before we arrived. Staff was really helpful & chatty who also fulfilled our request for extra pillows. She briefly intro nearby where to shop, eat & travel. A really nice helpful lady who can be contactable at all times. Highly recommend this hotel as it is equipped with lift so no problem in staying rooms at high floor."
