Advantages: The price is favorable, supplies are provided, the room is large and the bed is easy to sleep on, the service staff is friendly, there are few parking spaces but the nearby parking spaces are easy to park. Disadvantages: The room smells a bit musty, my nose feels itchy, and the pillows are a little soft

Everything was great except when it was cold at 7 degrees. I tried to take a hot bath in the tub and the hot water turned cold after few minutes and there was no more hot water after that. The next morning the heated pool was also not warm enough. I was told by the pool guard the that the heating system for the rooms was out of order the night before but only the rooms were affected. Rooms are spacious. Would be great if hotel can provide shuttle service to town, night markets, places of interest or major hot spots on demand.

The location of the hotel is quite ok as it is walking distance to nearby shops and night market. We booked two rooms for4 person and the room that me and my husband stays have bed bugs. After staying two nights at the hotel, our legs started to have bed bugs bites that was really visible and uncomfortable. After the first night, we started to have some bite marks but we thought it might just be some mosquitos bites, but after the second night we started to realised they were bed bugs bites. 第一晚後我和丈夫的腳開始有被咬的紅點 又紅又癢 我們一開始還不以為意 不過第二晚後 腳上的咬痕越來越多 這讓我們的居住體驗和後續的旅行感都很差

This hotel is quite far away from the taichung HSR. As the busses in Taichung are unpredictable, this makes it difficult to accurately plan your schedule so you must give enough allowance. The bed is nice and comfortable and walking distance to Fengjia night market. Shampoo and body wash come together in one bottle while conditioner is separate. They will help you store your luggage if you come before 4pm (check in time). Overall, considering the price, we will stay in this hotel again:)

Palmer hotel's location is very central, near taroko mall, Taichung park, Taichung train station and miyahahara ice cream shop. Palmer hotel offers buffet breakfast and also has a self laundry - coin operated same floor with the buffet. Room is big, 2 elevators working and quick checkin and check-out process.
