"We booked hotel for convenience for our wedding. Pros: The location is awesome, only 7min walk from Gadigal Metro Station and about 5mins from Townhall station. Check is smooth, we were quickly allocated a room. If you are a member with IHG they will allow you to have a later check out. The size of the room was very good. Cons: The cleanliness of the room was very sad, quite disappointing that a 4 star hotel doesn’t have late night housekeeping. There were grey stains on the pillows. Dirty bits in the shower. Housekeeping service was very bad. They somehow made the bed with our personal items wedged between the sheets which took up a really long time to find. They didn’t bother to replace towels and remove all the rubbish from our room. All in all, not the greatest experience. Would not recommend. Poor service, overpriced."

"I recently stayed at Capella Sydney and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully done. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth the stay!"

"I frequently stay in hotels in Sydney, and this has been the worst experience. First, I booked a twin room, but when I arrived at 5 p.m., they gave me a double room. When I went downstairs to request a change, they said I had to wait. After complaining, they finally gave me a twin room, but it was the smallest twin bed I’ve ever seen in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Sydney. The next morning, when I left, I forgot to take a T-shirt that was hanging in the wardrobe. I called the hotel the same day to ask about it and was told to wait. After waiting for a whole day, I called again, and the security team said they couldn’t find it from their database. How ridiculous it is! Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again!"

"In terms of scenery and amenities, this hotel is perfect. I booked a room in high level with Habour view so that I can watch the fireworks while I’m enjoying champagne in my own room. That was a top-notch experience. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The big window has noticeable stains that highly affect the view. The toilet is badly designed that the lid can never stand up straight. Flies are all over the washroom which is outrageous!"

"During our stay we experienced that their house keeping service was bad, for the whole week stay they didn't change the bed sheet at all, sometimes not supplying drinking water to us, and not vacuuming the floor throughly. The worst is that we sent a value of $4000 LV vest to dry clean, they returned it within one hour without properly cleaned, then we requested to redo the job,  end of the story is the vest is completely damaged and they only want to compensate less than $100 cleaning charge."

"The room is very spacious and has a bathtub. The structure was a bit unique, so it was interesting and fun. Because it is a city, there is often noise in the early morning. People who are sensitive to sleep should be careful because the warning sound keeps coming from outside for about 10 minutes in the early morning and then stops. I am satisfied with everything! :))"

"The lady at the front desk was very nice, ah, ah, awesome, and the plot staff was very cute when I stayed a few days later, and put the three dolls of our three girls on the bed. When I went back, it was super warm and tidy. , I just walked to the shopping place, and I was super close to darling harbour. "We stayed in the SoHo Suitesz room type. The room was large and well-furnished, especially the kitchen, which was very good. It had a gas stove, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. The bed was big and comfortable, and there were Different pillow choices, the room is cleaned every day, you can watch YouTube on the TV, the location is also very good, 10 minutes walk from the supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Chinatown, 15 minutes walk from Darling Harbor, 10 minutes walk from Central Station, reception The staff is friendly and quiet at night. Recommended!! 我們是入住SoHo Suitesz房型,房間很大,家具齊全,尤其是廚房非常棒,瓦斯爐,鍋碗都一應俱全,還有洗碗機和咖啡壺,冰箱也不小.床很大舒服,也有不同的枕頭選擇,每天都有清潔室內,電視可以選擇看youtube, 地點也很優,離超市走路10分鐘,中國城走路也10分鐘,達令港走路也15分鐘,中央車站走路10分鐘, 接待人員親切,晚上也安靜,推薦!!"
