"very near to victoria cross metro, making it simple to go into town. however, do note that it is in the office area. However, big gripe is that the rooms are very dusty. hotel shld improve on that! no toothbrush as well, tried to request via app but didnt work.. thank fully hotel allowed us to check in early after our overnight flight. overall will stay again if dust problem is settled"

"This is my second stay at the Meriton in Chatswood. It's incredibly convenient, with fantastic shopping, dining, and public transport right on its doorstep. If you're lucky, you might even get an upgrade to a high-floor room, which offers much better views."

"W Sydney is the best hotel among the all I have visited in Australia so far. Almost everything is perfect, food, services, location, facilities, swimming pools, all of them! If I have to pick one thing which is not excellent, is that the previous customer left some finger prints on the TV that wasn't being and some dust in air you can see while turning on the lights in the walk-in.  Otherwise, best in the best!"

"One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay."

"Great accommodation with great location! Clean room and facilities and can get to meet a lot of people. Remember to bring your own toiletries and towel as it won’t be provided. And also a pad lock in order to use the temporary locker before you check in/ after you check out so you can explore the city freely!"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. There was a false fire alarm incident while I was living on the first floor of the hotel. When i went out of the room, I found it not easy to find the original exit as the black door was closed by someone. i would think the floor plan of the first floor is rather not straight forward."

"Facilities: The two-bedroom suite we occupied was very well-equipped. It featured a full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove, a washing machine and dryer, and a coffee machine. If you happen to run out of coffee capsules, you can simply ask the front desk for more. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. They provide a light cleaning service and trash collection every three days. The only drawback was the bedding arrangement: the duvet was merely two sheets sandwiched together, which meant it inevitably got completely messy and tangled after just one night's sleep. Service: As for service, this type of apartment offers very little, functioning more like a temporary home where guests are expected to purchase their own groceries and supplies for daily living."

"Wonderful stay, clean comfortable grand suites , loved the breakfast buffet with extra things offered there than what is usually available in other similar hotel chains. Felt every thing were somewhat grander but well kept and clean ,even though the interiors looked little dated"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a subway station conveniently situated right across the street and numerous attractions nearby. The lobby is quite grand. However, the view from our room was unfortunately obstructed by trees, leading to poor visibility and diminishing the supposed advantage of a park-view room. Breakfast was lavish, featuring a self-service station for fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Overall, the service was decent. But we had a very frustrating experience: during morning check-out, an elderly person in our group accidentally left a public transport card tucked inside their room key. When we returned in the evening to look for it, we received no help whatsoever. Their staff proved inflexible and unhelpful, especially when confronted with an urgent issue."
