Hotel location is super convenient, just opposite QVB and walkable to Town Hall and Museum train stations. Cleanliness was ok, not too expect too much but the staff are friendly and helpful.

We just had a short visit there while in the city. It's within walking distance to darling harbour, so it doesn't feel too bad to walk after a flight. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and had what we needed. It is adjoined to a pub but other than going to the pub to check in had no issues with it. Coverall was a pleasant stay in the city :)

Very Central to all amenities very close to the trams and the train station lots of shops close by. Hotel room very very clean very good service clean towels and bedding toiletries Included.
The only downside was you could hear noise from other rooms, but it was quiet after 11 pm

Not much facilities in the hotel but the hotel is very near to metro and shopping areas and places of interest. Very good location. However, the sound proofing of the room isn't very good as I can hear the cars and noises from the road in the room.

They let us check in a little early and check in is actually behind a bar/restaurant. Check in was easy and the room was ok, no view, but we didnt pay for one. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. This hotel is in a great walking location to many restaurants and sights. I would stay here again. FYI, the elevator is really small but we never had to wait for it which was nice.

Friendly and welcoming on reception
Negatives - dated & needs some modernising ,
Some noise Woken early 6.30am sound of construction work being carried out above room banging and sanding drilling noise
Was ok but wouldn’t stay again
