Hotels Near Edmund Thornton Reserve in Sydney

Very convenient and clean. Very close to the airport and close to the subway to the city center. There is a large supermarket near the subway, making shopping very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. I bought steak, bread and milk from the supermarket, and I make breakfast and dinner by myself every day. Highly recommended, very cost-effective.

Everything was great, the lady who checked me in was very efficient. The only thing was there wasn't any coffee in the the room but thats ok. Parking isn't guarranteed, which could be a worry. You could check in, then go out on business then come back in the evening and not have a parking spot if the hotel was full, even though you pay up front in advance. That could be annoying at the end of a long day. But otherwise all was good and will stay again.

I resist writing reviews but had to make an exception. I have stayed in Moxy’s in New York and loved them. I walked there quicker than getting out of the car park station. Stepped into the lobby and it reminded me how dated everything else is. I used the Hotel as work base and it worked perfectly with plenty of private spaces to make calls etc. I didn’t use the meeting rooms but probably would next time. Another highlight was discovering the very close Mascot village, with cool cafes, cheap eats and apparently one of Sydney’s best banh mi’s (Hong Ha) where I joined the queue. At last I have a cool Sydney Airport stay.

I stayed for 4 nights here, but I don’t get any bed making or cleaning the room, Only get new towel and change the bin bag, For Shampoo and Shower gel or tissue paper ,dish washer liquid, I need to ask from reservation desk by myself, i don’t know it’s normal here or the cleaning staff lady is very lazy or ignore it. I hear the siren sound all night, the soundproofing is poor. I suggest to use earplugs when you sleep, The good point of this hotel is location which is next to metro. And the reception staff is helpful.

It's a good budget hotel, the rooms are clean tidy and reasonably appointed. There is a shuttle to both domestic and international airports at a cost 0f 12$ Aud. I walked it and it's close enough if your fit. As a solo traveller it suits welll for the budget conscious. Great breakfast and dinner is at ground level and something for all.

Room is small but suitable. Walk from domestic terminal to hotel is acceptable, from international must be shuttle bus or Uber! Simply breakfast with coffee and bread.

The cleanliness and peaceful ambiance of the room were second to none, contributing to our restful nights. Evening walks in the hotel's serene gardens, imbued with the soft scent of blooming flowers, brought us closer to nature and each other. Meanwhile, the sleek, tranquil spa with its range of rejuvenating treatments further elevated our stay. Our experience at The Elysium was indeed a magical escape, made even more special by the fact that we shared these wonderful moments together. It was a refreshing break, a chance to disconnect from the mundane, and reconnect with each other. Our memories of this place are etched in our hearts, making us yearn to return when the opportunity arises. We left The Elysium with heavy hearts but with the promise of a future visit. It was more than just a hotel, it was an experience, a beautiful chapter in our lives, that we would happily revisit.

Overall the service was excellent. The staff at the counter were very helpful and alert to all our needs. The facilities were sufficient for a short stay. I like the location, since it is near to eating places. I would recommend Ibis Budget Hotel for future travellers for its comfort and convenience and not to forget, very affordable rate.

I enjoyed my stay in Stamford, which I stayed 1 night for taking morning flight. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is restaurant in the hotel, which allow me to eat without needing to go out, which is convenient. I ordered something from the grill for dinner, which is nice. Booking the shuttle from hotel to airport is easy and car arrived punctual. Stamford has all the elements I have expected as an airport hotel, will consider to stay again for my should I need somewhere close to airport.
