The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a popular coffee shop. The service is good and the food is good.
Except for the two rooms where the automatic curtains could not be opened and took a long time to repair (probably because the hotel is not new after all, but it can be seen that the maintenance is quite good), and Ctrip booked the wrong room type, the rest is generally OK.
Ctrip booked the wrong room, which is not the hotel's fault, but it does affect the experience. The hotel could not give me the room because the room type I booked was fully booked that day, but the attitude of the front desk to try to solve the issue is quite good.
The hotel staff are very nice, so the overall experience is still OK.
A hidden gem located at North Head on the shores of Sydney Harbour in Manly, Australia. This hotel destination (Sydney's former Quarantine Station) provides a unique look into a slice of Sydney's history and at the same time delivers a destination that cannot be replicated anywhere. Loved everything about Q station, it is a real. experience not just a hotel, the staff are amazing, nothing was a bother, we were picked up from Manly and driven to reception and then down to our accomodation which is authentic in the heritage buildings overlooking the harbour though the trees, very quite and relaxing. In the evening we had drinks at the Boiler Room again were picked up by minibus and taken back to our room Breakfast at Views was good and it lived up to it's name After checked out we were again. driven down to Manly, great stay, highly recommend it

The room is extremely clean! There is no mildew in the kitchen bathroom! From the entrance to the hotel - elevator - corridor - the room is always filled with aroma. The balcony is smoking. The car park is located on the 2nd floor next to old Joe. Debit card is available for the bond. The kitchen bathroom is fully equipped and very intimate. The bed is clean and free of disinfectant/odor! Worth recommending staying!

I found this place on Instagram and booked it because the botanical interior and atmosphere were so nice! I wanted to go to both the city center and Bondi Beach, so I was right to choose this place! đ
(However, this location may not be suitable for those who don't want to go to the beach...)
There is a shopping mall nearby, so it was not inconvenient!
I was alone, so I left my key in the room when I left, but the staff member immediately helped me when I pressed the bell outside, which was very helpful...I'm sorry I had to do it during my off-duty break...đĽ˛Thank you very much!
I would like to stay here again if I go to Sydney!

Excellent location. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Good size room. We booked superior room with two big bed. Easily fitted our family of two adult and two kids.
Housekeeping could be improved. Overall room is clean but lacked attention to details. Eg some surfaces are dusty. Carpet can do with some attentive vacuuming. Used bathrobes could be hang up or folded. Not simply left on the chair unfolded.

1âŁď¸Hotel facilities: Looking at the pictures, you can see why I like them: stylish and clean. Small details can also satisfy me (the small bed lamp is practical and fashionable, the walking mirror takes care of guests of different heights, and the blue and silver decorations are super fun for Christmas). 2âŁď¸ Unique location: walk for more than 10 minutes to watch the sunrise on the sea in Trenerry Reserve (sunrise time is usually around 5:35am from December in Sydney in summer), and walk for about 5 minutes to Googee Coogee Beach (the shop has coffee at 6am) Hot sale early), along the Bondi Coogee Walking Trail, and Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk, the whole journey takes about 30 minutes, and then you can reach the beautiful Bondi Beach. The picturesque scenery along the way, passing by the world's most beautiful seaside cemetery (Waverley Cemetery casually enter). Take time to swim or kayaking at Clovelly Beach...It is recommended to come to Sydney to play beachside friends and stay in this hotel for three days. There is no need to crowd in the expensive and crowded Bondi Beach, which is all nearby. The price/performance ratio and service are very good. Below there is a very authentic Thai restaurant open until 10 o'clock, nearby supermarkets and bars are all available!

A fantastic location with great views, a good and friendly staff, though this is a rather large property so there isnât the same level of attentiveness or distinctiveness you might find at another FS hotel. The room was a bit small but otherwise well appointed. Good food in the restaurant, nice holiday decorations for Christmas. Overall I always enjoy staying here when in Sydney, most especially for the location.

Because the thunderstorm weather Sydney Airport was all closed, the hotel was urgently fixed that night, but it was really worth it! High cost performance, large room, large terrace, kitchen utensils, can cook, but the cooking fumes are careful, the fire alarm will ring, we will sound 2 alarms when cooking, there is a hotel security officer I ran up to see the situation and didn't say anything. We felt very embarrassed. I can eat on the terrace (Figure 1-2), and my mom gave a hearty breakfast (Figure 4). The B1 floor of the hotel elevator is the food supermarket (Figure 4). It is quite big, the dishes are very fresh, and you can do it by buying a round-trip hotel room downstairs. There is a passage at the entrance of the food supermarket. It is the road, and the road is just opposite Bondi Beach. It is very close.

Apartment management, we went late, and took the key to the brick column at the door. It is very close to Bondi Beach. If you are interested in surfing, you can stay for a few more days. There are many surrounding goods and convenient living.

PPearl G.On check in, I told the receptionist Anjali that I was disappointed that the room that I tried to book in online with lounge and overlooking the beach was no longer available. She checked it out and told me that she could give me an upgrade. That was an immediate delight. There were renovations going on so the hotel was not 100% and that was understandable, but I was definitely happy with the room upgrade and my cousins who were with me for the wedding were also satisfied. The place was a few steps away from Coles and liquorshop and some other shops. Beautiful vies from out room. I wish we stayed longer.

BBusabaExcellent location for the perfect view of the beach. Plus sunrise.
Clean room with clean beds.
Toilets is usually a challenge for many guests including me. Their toilet is clean with minimal amenities. Water pressure is great.
Balcony is wonderful.
Room door to balcony is not very secure and tight thus the wind will sips through and do not feel scared during the night if you hear âsoundsââŚ
Only 1 lift to all levels.
No breakfast available, many restaurants around at a few mins walk offers. Mac is only 1 min away.
Security: after 8/10pm, the main door will be locked and need key card to tap. This is very good!
There is a ****** which has jackpots machines at main level. Can contribute to their economy. I did.
Dinner at the hotel is decent with good pricing. Worth trying.
Overall, this is a hotel I will recommend. Go for it!

HHeitung KongMy recent stay at the St. Mark Randwick Hotel was truly delightful. The hotel exudes charm and offers a cozy and comfortable retreat. The room decor was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home.
What impressed me the most was the seamless check-in process. The staff at the St. Mark Randwick Hotel made it incredibly effortless, ensuring a quick and hassle-free arrival. Their efficiency and attentiveness added an extra level of convenience to my stay.
Throughout my visit, the friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. If you're seeking a charming and stress-free stay, the St. Mark Randwick Hotel is an excellent choice.
GGuest UserThis is an almost perfect hostel, for sure one of the best I've ever been! Great staff, really good breakfast included, billard pool and couches plus the various activities (as well as possible bike, Beachvolleyball etc rental for free!) make it easy to connect quickly. Also, the beds are very comfortable amf the curtain provides some privacy too.
Only point for improvement: an air condition in the room would be great. But the Ventilator worked fairly well too.
GGerry LinThe room is clean, I think the cp value is very high, from T1 to B420 to Mascot Station to B358 to reach the hotel, the car money is only 2.9 yuan, it is worth recommending to other friends.
GGuest UserThe worst Fatherâs Day stay I have had in over 50 years - the television did not work and we paid extra to have a ocean view room but when you look out all you see are high rise buildings and pine trees from the room - if you go out onto the balcony and look to the right there is the ocean - the balcony door lock did not work and was held by a hook and eye staple ( at least that reminded me of my childhood 70 years ago ) - no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee - the bath mat was a hand towel for one foot only so no chance of 4 for Fatherâs Day celebration - the food was good and the staff helpful and courteous - on checking out I did voice our concerns and was told the manager would be advised.
GGuest UserAs we have never stayed in a hostel type of accommodation we knew we were gong to have our own bathroom before we were pleasantly surprised to have a room with a television, tea making facilities and china & cutlery. The weather was extremely hot and to have a modern fan was also a bonus.
The building was old so the facilities were adequate - the bed was firm, the linen was rather thin but the towels were newish. Have had worse towels in a motel.
GGuest UserThis hotel is similar to the Home Inn Express Hotel in China. It has a microwave oven. It is very convenient if you bring your own electric stove or electric hot pot. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby within 10 minutes by car. If you don't have cooking utensils, you can only use the microwave to heat up the food. You can order it early.
FFindingFlowRight on the beach, location canât be beaten, price is worth it compared to other hotels ânearâ the beach. There wasnât any view from the room but thatâs fine! The room was modern, chic design, clean. Staff were attentive, friendly and respectful! Will definitely recommend and stay again when I visit Manly again.
GGuest UserThe interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre.
