JJason KavumaWe went in the off season, so it was quiet, and felt like we had a hotel with about 12 people in, but the staff were so attentive, lovely, and tried to make sure we had a good tine. The gym and the bar are both great, and the pools are beautiful, with spectacular views. If I had one complaint in which they could improve, it's the breakfast. The buffet was take as much as you want, and the fresh honey was a touch, plus the fruit fresh. However, the hot food was not really to my taste, and I feel like that could be better.

Facilities: Here are some suggestions for the air conditioner in the room: You have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I was speechless. I asked the staff to see why it was not warm. He said that you have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I hope to give some suggestions to those who stay later.
Hygiene: The breakfast is terrible and there are few choices. I don't know if there are few guests. Many heating tops are empty. It does not meet the hotel's positioning. It is not as good as a homestay. There are flies.
Environment: The room is not big. I arrived at night and could not see the sea. It is halfway up the mountain. The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected.
Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English.

GGuest UserНам заменили номер на более чистый, в первом было грязное белье и пол и в целом было не очень чисто и пахло сыростью. В новом условия были хорошие. Вид на бассейн. Но в номере была сломана дверь в санузел. Понравились завтраки и дружелюбный персонал.

GGuest UserPhenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Perfect stay at Bodrum

GGuest UserThis hotel has an excellent location (interior and exterior architecture blends with nature). The service and staff are very good. The balcony-style rooms offer views of various fruit trees. However, some rooms were a lot damp, so we changed rooms. Although this is a relatively good room, there are too many mosquitoes, which is unbelievable. It seems that all the mosquitoes in the area came to this hotel while on vacation! This is either a general problem in the area or caused by the hotel’s garden wealth or spraying. It must be said that residents should bring mosquito repellent before going to bed and go to bed.
