"We stayed at GemstoneBR Nordic style bedroom facing CBD for 6 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The unit was spacious and clean. The view on the window was entertaining especially at night. When we arrived, there were clean towels, tolet paper and toiletries for each guest to use. There were cooking wares and eating utensils. There were hair dryer and automatic washing machine in the bathroom. The host was also responsive with our queries.
I just wish there was a flat iron to iron our clothes, and perhaps an additional tool to hang our newly washed clothes. I also hope for the host to prioritize pest control and cleanliness on the unit as I have seen cockroaches roaming around. Also, please do change your kitchen knife as it was too dull we couldn't cut some stuff. Please also fix your bathroom door knob as it was already broken.
With few improvements and more efforts from the host, provided the unit is at a convenient location and the building amenities are great, I would recommend this airBNB to friends and probably will personally come back again."

Our experience at Makati Diamond Residences was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, we were impressed. The **room was perfect**—spacious, clean, and the **beds were incredibly comfortable**, with **pillows so soft**, we didn’t want to get up! Truly restful.
We ordered **room service**, and wow—**the food was outstanding**. The **mushroom dish** and **shawarma beef sandwich** were both delicious, and the **salad was surprisingly fresh and flavorful**. So glad we stayed in to enjoy the in-room dining experience.
The only reason I’m giving **4/5 for the bathroom** is because it felt a bit average compared to the elegance of the rest of the suite. Still clean and functional, just not as impressive as the room itself. Overall, **an excellent stay**—we’d definitely come back!

JJulia031089I just fell in love with this hotel because it’s SO CLEAN! Seriously, it’s a 5-star cleanliness. From the basement parking to the rooftop pool, everything is sparkling clean. I do love it. There was almost everything we needed in the room and in the bathroom, even vanity kits and facial tissues which is not common for 3-star hotels (I would honestly give them 4 stars🤩)
Service… we did have an issue with a waiter at the breakfast in Kaokee restaurant downstairs. I wish they gave him more training time and supervision cause he looked like he was not a good fit for this resto and the hotel. If he continues to work this way, there’s just gonna be a lot of bad reviews and disappointed customers. Other than this, everyone else is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming there.
Do note that the parking is NOT free. We paid 400 pesos for around 24 hours. I guess it’s gonna be more if you stay longer.
Also, if I stay there again, I would choose no breakfast option cause I’m a fan of Malaysian/Singaporean breakfast (Kaya toast with eggs and milk tea) but it doesn’t come with your booking, they have a separate menu for hotel guests (Filipino/kinda continental options) but Kaokee resto is one of my faves now in Makati, the food is super delicious, reminds me of our trips to Malaysia and Singapore🤩 I would just pay for my breakfast next time and choose what I really want. I would also recommend their Laksa and Salted Egg Shrimps, and both hot and iced Teh (milk tea with condensed milk), the hot one is more flavorful and delicious than the iced one.
But my Mushroom and Cheese omelette was super delicious too! So was my spouse’s Longanisa.
There’s one more resto you can have breakfast in, so do check the menu there.
Their rooftop pool is quite shallow but it felt good to soak there under the sun surrounded by the Makati skyline. It was our staycation and it really worked out cause we felt like tourists in our own city🤩
Thanks to the staff who made it happen despite some disappointing times at the breakfast. Hope it will never happen again

XXtinerysHad a very nice stay. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. Service was great. Called down for shaving kit and iron/ironing board as well as hair dryer and they brought them up to room for us. Dinner at The rooftop restaurant was amazing. Breakfast has a lot of good choices and food was very good. Loved having evening turn down service.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay here. The building is close to the major shopping areas yet is in a generally quiet area. The studio apartment was very cozy and had a nice comfortable bed. I found the front desk staff to be extremely courteous and obliging. The building is slightly old but they kept the room very clean. Decent gym and a nice pool though I prefer a bit more sunlight. Happy to recommend if you like to be near the centre of Makati

GGuest UserPerfect balance between accessibility (it’s just on the 11th floor), comfort, and a great view (if directly overlooks the pool area). The room layout makes great use of the space and everything in it is in good working condition. I appreciate that we only needed to use a passcode instead of a key. Our stay felt very relaxing, low-pressure, and the owner was highly responsive.

HHersheyI booked a Deluxe Studio Room, and based from the description it has a kitchen and kitchenwear. Unfortunately, upon seeing the room there is not kitchen and kitchen wears just like it said on the description, we called the reception in the room and they said that this type of room has no kichen. Though they apologized, they said that there will be a room upgrade charge which sucks and disappointed since we had high expectations based from the description but overall the room is nice and clean and had the best view but sadlly no kitchen. WE ALSO HAD THE WORST CHECKOUT!!! upon checkout we clarified about the parking voucher so that the fees are waved since ascott shares the parking of Glorietta 4, the woman in the checkout counter said that the voucher given to us upon entry is already good,but upon exit at the parking the lady in the cashier said its not yet validaded and we caused traffic jam and spent 10minutes waiting which is very inconvinient and disapointing since we will travel 2 hours back to our home. Overall, i love this hotel because of the hospitality of the people and its best location located at the center of Makati's most popular malls. But this hotel needs improvement on ther front desk checkout service (for their misinformation) and sales and marketing (for their wrong description in the third party website)

Communication:
Before my stay, I found it challenging to get a timely response from the hotel. I had to send several emails before receiving a reply.
Check-in:
The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful and even offered us a tour of a showroom before we chose our suite, which was a nice touch.
The Suite:
Our suite was spacious and elegant. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: the handheld shower was difficult to operate, especially for older guests, and the bidet wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, the TV channels were mostly limited to news and local shows.
View:
We loved the view from our suite facing Century Mall, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony.
Breakfast:
The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. I missed having croissants or danishes. They offered a free slice of cake, but you needed to like their Facebook page and leave a five-star review on Google for that.
Spa Experience:
The staff at the Onsen Spa were excellent, and I appreciated the free coffee and juice available in the lounge.
Gym and Pool:
The gym was small and had some older equipment. However, the pool area was fantastic, especially the glass pool. Unfortunately, the bar by the pool lacked a lively atmosphere, with limited music and menu options. It was surprising that they didn’t offer smoothies or refreshing drinks.
Facilities:
It’s worth noting that Oakwood and I’m Hotel share some facilities, which adds variety to the experience.
Overall, I had a lovely birthday stay, and with a few improvements, this hotel could really stand out!

Loving the location since it is just a walking distance to best shopping center within the area. No need to use taxi. It os a good walking exercise as well. If you have ample time, you can pay for pwn breakfast upstair.
Paid our hotel with sr citizen discount . So cheap for good location.
