We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

Our stay here was awesome! Check-in was fast and easy. We were accommodated right away. They even upgraded our room and gave us some deets how to avail discounts when dining to their restaurant. The food in breakfast buffet was delicious. They even have a Taho vendor walking around and serving taho. The hotel is just across the malls. The service was fast. Our request for an additional office chair was attended quickly. The staff were very nice and approachable. You will always feel welcome here! Will go back here!

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.

The hotel has a very nice location in Makati, surrounded by many very good restaurants and cafes, is very quite at night so you can get a good night of sleep, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I asked from them! Room is very spacious and most important very clean! Is definitely worth booking with them if planning to stay in the city for few days. About makati is a very safe area and is also easy to get from there to Intramuros or binondo, taxi or grab would be between 300 and 400 peso. You are on a walking distance (15 minutes or less) from Poblacion which is the club and bar area. Highly recommend this place!

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Front staff and door staff was super nice always welcoming. Ritz and Aubrey were real gems and made me feel welcomed. All the door guys were also very friendly. Pool was nice upstairs on rooftop and the food looked good but I didn't try. Shower in room was good however, since there is no door some of the water tends to seep out onto the bathroom floor which will soak your floor towel. Wish they could fix that issue with something as the design on that although modern just doesn't work to well in this case. Aside from that I had an excellent stay and will be happy to go back on my next visit! Book without hesitation!!

We stayed at a Mini Double Room. The hotel was located at the heart of Makati and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. I love how the Front Desk allowed us to check in 15 mins earlier the 12:00 noon. The room was actually good for 2 people. It was clean, air condition was working, free bottled water, clean towels with toiletries, fresh bed sheets and pillows. The Front Desk also immediately provided kettle when I asked for one free of charge. Upon check out, the Front Desk made sure we didn’t left anything. The housekeeping also returned some items I left inside the room. There are only 2 things I want to point out that needs to be improved. 1. Pools closed every Monday in which we were not informed and not on the Trip website (we were able to use it Tuesday morning). 2. The room provided to us is not a City view contrary to my check in voucher. Unlike the other reviews here, I can say that I will recommend checking in at this hotel.

Last minute booking made st Red Planet after finding out that they actually have an available parking space. The hotel provides basic amenities such as a very comfortable white comforter with decent size rooms. Not much to do at the hotel as they do not offer other services. Food can be brought outside and bring in to the room, but there is a Sports Bar by the reception entrance which offers food options, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is also just walks away from the sprawling bars and restaurants in Poblacion,the new and booming trendy spot these days.

The area is walking distance to numerous fastfood and restaurants. We just walked around to eat out and to go to our meetings. The location is truly excellent. Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

I stayed here for three nights and it was really nice, lovely room and very helpful staff nothing was a problem to them all. I left after three days to go to Boracay for five days but then returned again to a really nice room , this time I went up to the roof top in the morning with my coffee but also after I returned at night with a glass of wine. The views are amazing from up on the roof ,Very safe and very quiet , again the staff are always polite I also got my laundry done which was a great service your bag of laundry gets piked up by 10am and brought back washed and ironed by 5pm brilliant! The Greenbelt Mall is just across the road , the 7/11 is next door for any supplies you might need , defenently recommend The Charter House

Check-in was very smooth and required a late check-out. The front desk actively delayed for one hour and said it was free. There are many families to stay in. The security guard and the front desk are particularly responsible. Because it is an apartment, it will not be as much staff as the hotel. The condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.

I stayed with her! It was about a 20 minute walk from the Green Belt, and it took less than 5 minutes by taxi, so the location was great! I ate a morning at a coffee shop nearby, but it's also very delicious so I definitely want you to visit! He / she refilled the bed with shampoo and soap, borrowed a dryer at the service counter, and didn't know how to use the taxi app. As for the equipment, I expected that I would go to the pool because the day I went on a trip was the next week when the volcano occurred, but I was very disappointed because I could not enter it due to volcanic ash . But I wrote ☆ 3, but I wanted to give ☆ 4! Thank you very much!

super new accommodation with all the extra things you need or want for a short or long stay. great staff, not a hotel apartment but 5* hotel plus a long stay place in a great central location of Makati. congratulations to all of the staff but shout-out to Ronnie rod, hydene, yel, trisha, Jennifer, all the house staff.

The place is perfect to stay in. The access is secured with a tap card. What I like most is the conservation of electricity because once you remove the card from the room the electricity automatically shutdown. I love the smell of the soap. Recommended to stay in especially if you're going to take your exam at Pearsonvue

The apartment is big but not well Maintained. Rust underneath the bath and the kitchen utensils/pots etc are old. It would be great if they had curtains in the living area to block out the sun as the AC appears to struggle to keep up. There were not extra sheets/pillows as mentioned. It’s just very old it seems and really needs some TLC. Spotted 4 cockroaches and demanded to move rooms. They offered me free daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable though which is a plus and the area is awesome. The Wi-Fi really isn’t great. I really Struggled to have a video call. Which was an issue for my work. I searched so many air BnBs and took this one because of the size, it is super spacious which is nice. One day whilst watching TV a staff member just entered the apartment, no knock on the door just walked straight in. I got such a fright! I asked him Why he was here and he just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. Couldn’t give me an answer. I wonder now what would happen if I wasn’t here! This is a breach of my security and privacy. The host is pretty much non responsive but the staff in the place are. I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, a massive disappointment.

The service is excellent, staff are helpful. Having a mall nearby, variety of shop that can be able to fulfill your needs and wants. Having 24 hours convenient store, 4 mins walk to reach it. The television function is amazing, with the excellent WIFI, you can steam whatever you want.

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . 5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.

Stayed here for 3 nights . Was upgraded to a higher suite with dining room and living room . 15 minutes drive from airport to hotel . The great: - great decoration and art work around the entire hotel . 32 rooms so pretty exclusive . - great service as expected from Raffles hotel brand from check in , high tea , evening cocktail , turn down service . - try to meet all your request e.g very early departure for a hiking trip at 4am, hotel prepared a good breakfast to go at 0350am to be delivered to the room that can sustain us for a mountain hike . After the hike, we came back with muddy hiking shoes . As we didn’t want to stain the suite , we asked the hotel to see if they can clean the hiking shoes which they promptly did so by the next day. - excellent spa with steam room , mineral pool and very well equipped gym that made it very exclusive and well main- maintained . - very good service throughout the stay as there are 32 rooms though their is a Fairmont wing - ginormous room, our upgraded suite was easily 100sqm . Entry level suites are 60sqm . - good level of security and good sound-proofing Things that could be improved - breakfast and high tea was limited but probably due to low occupancy of the hotel so they wanted to reduce wastage . - breakfast and high tea is repetitive- if you stay there for 4 days, you get same food and high tea with little rotation - water pressure was pretty low and so was hot water . So bath tub does take a very long time to fill up . - TV could be updated to make it more connectable with personal devices . watches TV - connecting tunnel to shopping mall was out of bounds or closed off, due to some quarantine stuff which meant having to walk in traffic and rain above ground . Hopefully they would open up the underpass like how Philippines is slowly opening up . Would I stay here in Manila again , Yes I would .

I had an early booking for my travel to Vietnam and in between flights i have to stay in manila for 20hrs. I booked a hotel in Hop Inn and already mentioned and included the option for early check in and check out. It was such a tiring travel and when I get to the hotel, i was expecting to have a rest early in the morning. The hotel staff was really nice but they did not allow me to book an early check in despite having it included as an option on my booking. I arrived at 7 in the morning and had to wait until 2pm to finaly rest. I dozed off at the lobby until 2pm and finally when my room was ready i rested inside only for 5hours because i had to check out early. Was the price worth it for my stay? I think not.
