“Not Value for money”
I prefer when people give practical reviews so I’d like to do that here.
The Hotel is in a great location, with a great exterior and friendly staff but that’s it.
It’s unfortunately not a place for friends or young couples.
We stayed in a comfort room and paid per person
The rooms have no wow effect. And felt more like a standard room.
Strong points: 1)sea view 2)bathtub
Weak points: 1)overpriced - price is per person not per room 2) no amenities- old tv, no spa or gym, no lounge 3) poor breakfast.
The staff was so friendly and helpful but there’s a difference between hospitality and friendliness. Hope they can improve on this.
I recommend for 1 person only and for one night only.

We had a stunning rooftop dinner at the Hotels restaurant. The view is spectacular over the beach and the ocean. The service was exceptional and the rack of lamb was divine. Thank you very much to Armand and the staff for a memorable evening. We'll definitely be back.

the staff are very friendy and welcomign, i stayed in thre junior suite, it is worth every penny, walking distance to the beach, they have a mini spa that offers a great hot stone massage. currently the restaurant only offers breakfast. rooms were clean.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a tour. It's okay, although there are better ones in Swapokmund. The location between the beach and the old town is very good. The rooms are well-appointed with balconies and ocean views. You fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up to the noise of school. However, there was no hot water upstairs. There was a power outage each morning. The first morning it was fixed quickly, but unfortunately very late on the second, so breakfast was canceled. Coffee was still served, but only in small quantities. We didn't see any vermin.

The location is ideal as it is close to the pier. The experience at the Artemis hotel was very good thanks to the exceptional welcome from the staff, notably Adel and Ursulla at reception as well as the fairy who works in the restaurant (the sea dish was divine and she prepared a spritz which is the best I have tasted). The room is spacious, bright and well equipped (with fridge and kettle), which is also the case for the bathroom. One downside, however: it’s quite cold there.

Hotel located a few steps from the seafront and the shopping area. Large rooms but in need of renovation. Breakfast is served in a room adjacent to the hotel, which is also quite bare. Very friendly receptionist.
