Best location at surfer paradise. Directly just opposite. Very convenience and alot of restaurant around the area. View was nice and the apartment is good.

The location is excellent at the heart of surfers paradise and the view is stunning The rooms are big enough but the housekeeping is the worst part of staying They don’t clean anything or provide anything finished they just making beds and that’s it

Bad service, and very bad breakfast 

With the price that Peppersoul was charging, the services and facilitates were not particularly justifiable. The best I can say is on par or average. With the booking made several months ago and the price we paid for the the 2 beds seaview apartment, I only asked for one special request to hotel "pls arrange the highest possible floor if you can." To our surprise, we ended up getting 11th floor out of their 73 levels hotel building. All the other hotel guests I met there got 35th fl, 41th fl, or something even higher. That is what I meant average service. If I didn't even ask for that, it would be 2nd floor I would have got? What extra effort had they been doing to accommodate my special request? Absolutely nothing. Probably sent us right to the bottom floor of hotel was what they did. Not even close to an average floor level of the whole 73-storey tower. To be honest, very disappointed. The check-in time at 2pm promised by Peppersoul was also non-existence. They said the room was not ready and just asked me to sit in the lobby and to wait. Facilities in room were quite seasoned, signs of marks and dents everywhere, and not quite well maintenanced (e.g. the tapes in shower room). For 4 guests checked-in, they had most of the in-room items only for 2 guests (e.g. tool brush sets, slippers, shower/bathrobe, etc. ) We needed to call housekeeping to send us extra items and they did come, but then why did we need to specifically ask for that and they knew very well ahead we had 4 guests (and they didn't forget to charge for 4 guests). Breakfast was again average. Not too bad but couldn't be said to be excellent. The poor facilities of this hotel could also be reflected by the fact that when we had finished our breakfast and would like to get back to our room for a rest, both of the hotel keys suddenly did not work. Back to reception, again unshameful told us that they would reprogram the code and asked us to try again. No apologies and any sign of shame for a 5 star hotel reception. "Go back, try again, if not work, use the phone to call maintenance to replace batteries". Again, not particularly happy for the time wasted. Although the staff there in general were polite, but there are heaps of 3 stars 4 stars hotels staff they have the same level of politeness. There are however not being seen that they would try all their best to treat guests having VIP experience. Just very average, "you bad luck", "none of my business", "that is what we can do best at the moment" sort of attitude. Again it would all be related to what they asked for for their price. If it was half of the price they charged for, I might have been a happy customer. In general, I will never book this hotel again. Not worth it.

Service: The facilities are a bit old. The deposit cannot be released in time. You need to wait for a while. Everything else is OK. It can only be OK. The main location is OK. It is convenient to go anywhere.

The location is extremely advantageous. It can be said to be the best apartment hotel in Gold Coast. The room is spacious, bright and clean. It also comes with three spacious balconies. You can see the vast sea by opening the French windows. In the morning, you can see the rising sun on the balcony☀️. The laundry, cooking and bathing facilities are all available. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Gold Coast and will recommend it to my friends.

As soon as I entered the room, I exclaimed, "Wow~~" It was the best!!!! There was a washing machine and the hotel was nice, but this kind of residency was also nice. However, the elevator kept breaking down and there were a lot of beds, and it was a little inconvenient that I couldn't use the elevator even though I was on the 2nd floor (I needed a card).

There is a gate; there are washing machines and dryers, making it convenient to wash clothes; pots and pans, ovens, microwaves, and laundry equipment are very complete. Disadvantages: There are no trash cans and mineral water in the room; the cleaning is very perfunctory; the bedding and bathrobes feel very dirty, so it is recommended to bring your own disposable sheets and bath towels; the swimming pool is large, with both internal and external pools, saunas, and surfing There is a swimming pool, but there are no bath towels or life preservers. Strictly speaking, this is an apartment, not a hotel

Peppers's apartments have always been my target (actually under Accor). I have only experienced them once in New Zealand's Lake Tekapo in all these years, and I have never forgotten them. The interior of Peppers this time is still the same as my impression many years ago, and I was not disappointed. Location: It is right on the beachfront of Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, five minutes walk to the light rail, and three minutes to the nearest WWS supermarket; WWS in the circle is also five or six minutes away, and there is also a Coles within ten minutes' walk; downstairs is the commercial center, with all kinds of food and drinks; next to it is the Hilton / Ochard where I stayed last time Facilities: The kitchen facilities are relatively complete and new, very easy to use, with a full set of stoves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and other equipment, including washing machines and dryers (see the pictures); just for this kitchen, I plan to cook in the house every day these days. The various semi-finished products in the supermarket are very convenient. I go out to buy them every day and bring them upstairs to cook directly. My teammates said that the scenery of the sea view restaurant outside is not as good as the first-line sea view without obstruction in our room. Room: I booked a one-bedroom apartment, about 120mm, but it is actually a three-bedroom apartment with the other two locked up. The balcony is very large, with a large dining table on the balcony, facing east, suitable for watching the sunrise in the morning, and hiding from the sun and watching the sea on the balcony in the afternoon; the master bedroom has a 1.8-bedroom bed (I asked about this and it cannot be separated into twin beds), the bathroom design is relatively reasonable, with a large walk-in closet, and relatively separated from the bedroom. Excellent view and location, parking is free. Go to the pier to buy seafood and eat on the balcony. Very good

This hotel is the best apartment hotel I have stayed in in my 10 years of travel. As soon as I opened the door, I could see the endless coastline through the living room. The room was clean and tidy, with all kinds of supplies, especially kitchenware and tableware. Downstairs is the central business district of the Gold Coast, which is very convenient for eating and supermarkets.

The room has a beautiful view and a great location... It is the first choice for hotels to see the coastline. It really allows you to see the coastline. 👍It is very good, but the bed is not good. If it is improved, it will be perfect.
