Amenities were really nice. Location was nearest to airport which is great. Food quality was awesome however at times, there was delay in service. Housekeeping was done timely however laundry services are outsourced where i had a bad experience as my new yellow levies formal shirt got blue stains on it after receiving from laundry. Overall its a great place to stay and explore the nearby beaches and shopping centres.

Lovely friendly staff. Samir in the restaurant is worth a mention. Having said the staff in reception were just as helpful. The restaurant is vegetarian and located in the business district. The issue we had is with building works next door so was banging on occasions, but didn’t ruin our stay. Rooms are clean

Comfortable budget hotel to stay in Surat. Budget Inn is close to the Surat Railway station and the station can been seen from the room too. The surroundings are quite & peaceful around the hotel. This is more of an business than an leisure hotel, though ours was an vacation trip to Surat and we had booked 3 rooms. The ***ager ensured all our rooms are next to each other. Rooms were quite clean and bed linens were fresh. Overall ambience was above our expectations considering the hotel is an pocket friendly hotel. Breakfast spread was nice and food was tasty, even room service was pretty fast and whatever we ordered seemed fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed in hotel king's heritage in September 2022 for 03 nights. Located near railway station and almost on main road, we found it highly satisfactory. The hotel deserves excellent grading on most of the parameters. Rooms were well maintained, neat and clean including good washroom in form of a glass cubicle with blinds for separation. Complementary breakfast was yummy with good choice of Gujarati and other Indian dishes. Breakfast was served in their restaurant on top floor having indoor as well as outdoor sitting options. Room Service can sometimes be slow but ok. Reception staff are polite and highly cooperative. Lunch and dinner can be had in the hotel restaurant otherwise you can have broad range of options on station road bang opposite the hotel where plenty of eateries exist. Overall very good experience

Was unpleasantly surprised to learn it was a vegetarian hotel . Was there only for one night and ordered an omelette for breakfast only to be told the entire hotel is only vegetarian ! The hotel is very proud of its bar and everyone from the doorman upwards told me about it but that it is vegetarian I was not aware till the next morning .

The hotel was nice for staying but when i was not feeling well i requested for one item dish but they didn't agree and they told me they will provide me only buffet at night. Keep request they didn't agree. Please request food preferences based on customer requests not force customers to have your dish forcibly.

The hotel team always go extra miles for the help, no matter what your request is they will fullfill it for you. Especially Mr Anand & Mr Patel. You can call them anytime for any help and request in the hotel these two will always give there best. Hotel is very nice, food is good, location is excellent. If coming to Surat don't go for marriott stay in (The World hotel). Resalable and classy hotel. Thank you The world hotel team for the lovely stay.

Very glad to write this review. Got very good place to stay in surat in very reasonable rates. At center location. Malls, restaurants, transport all r nearby, even airport. Very clean, neat room, bathroom too, daily cleaning and changing of bed, bath linen. As my stay was for 7 days there i experienced this too, staff is very nice and helpful. Overall very nice experience in reasonable rate.
