Their staff behavior is really good and especially the banquet service manager Mr. Sanjit Rana is well mannered professional and supported us through out our event at this hotel. Although hotel sales staff is rude and behave like they are the only one who are managing entire hotel industry in Bharuch. Nevertheless it was well managed event by their staff which help us to conclude our event in good note. I wish my best wishes to their on ground staff who are really a back bone for operation and Mr. Sanjit was apt example of that.

Renovated late at night, a lot of noise, Ctrip did not prompt when booking, which seriously affected sleep.

Very good budget hotel at vesu road near VR Mall and surat airport It was near surat diamond bourse too. Good clean cozy rooms I was their for a marriage function so full hotel was booked by the host. Staff was very polie and good Loved the sta here. Street food and grocery stores are near by.

โI recently stayed at Hotel Elements Surat and had a fantastic experience. The modern decor and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's central location was convenient the railway station was within walking distance and the on-site dining options were not available but they have a small restaurant in the same compound. I highly recommend Hotel Elements Surat for a comfortable and stylish stay in the city.โ

GGuest UserThe only problem with the stay is that they don't have a breakfast option or facility i guess. They have their own restaurant below the hotel but it opens around 11:15 am which is almost brunch time. The crockery used for serving tea was also very old and broken. There is a scope of improvement in this area. Otherwise rooms are good.

GGuest UserOur stay for one night at le grand, surat was great. It is located a little away from the railway station and the property appears to be newly-built. Our room was a little small, but the amenities were good. Room service was quick. The front desk manager mr. Pandey was really helpful with everything that we needed.

The rooms are neat and clean and definitely worth the price. The rooms are small but everything is well placed. It is definitely very budget friendly and also extremely close to the railway station. So the place is easily accessible to and from anywhere in the city. A nice place to stay if you have a low budget.
