We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, making it a comfortable experience for our family, especially with kids. We stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

location ✅ spacious toilet✅ decent size room ✅ accessibility ✅ room cleanliness ✅ reception staff ✅ room furniture very basic 🚫 food taste average 🚫 kitchen room service ( torture)❌❌ no tea coffee before 8:30 am and directly tap the phone done don’t expect even 1% decency or courtesy from them . after all torture tea is served with out flask which is cold by the time it reaches room and because is already added their and they stir it , it even more cold soon . no option of adding sugar at room . totally unprofessional. they keep reminding you that the tea is chargeable in the morning 10 times. i cannot explain the issue as i am not that express-able but management needs to take action on kitchen staff and also invest & improve on the room furniture .

First of all its very much outskirts from city, so unless u have your own vehicle it every difficult to get transport to reach any place as generally ola also doesn't come easily apartment lack basic cleaning, no basic cooking or serving utensils were provided, the electric kettle was used by someone previously and was not washed. These are small things but can be addressed to make guests experience better.
