Had booked this property as there were not many options available in hazira. the hotel forms a part of an apartment complex. parking is sufficient. if you dont have your own transportation means, dont book this place. it is literally in the middle of nowhere and only reason to book this place would be due to its proximity to hazira port. Rooms are barely average, sleep quality is average. water does not drain in the bathrooms, ventilation in washroom doesnt work. small pantry located on 12th floor. food is about passable. For the price we paid, it was totally not worth it.

"food was very expensive, i wouldn't mind paying more for good food, but it wasn't tasty. Additionally, they charged 24% tax on food, whereas it should be 5"

Stay was great though i used the hotel only 3 hrs in a day to freshen up and have my breakfast i would be coming in at odd hours but never had a problem staff was very co-operative including the housekeeping department, on the whole seems very good even the front office was excellent.

The hotel is in outer, complete hotel was smelling bad including room, there was ni cleanness or hygiene at all, in breakfast there was only pratha sabzi and tea, ac was making noise badly, there was no propper service set up also the same guy who did check in was doing service.
