The hotel elevator is convenient. The hallways are pretty clean. There is no strange/cigarette smell even though it's an old building.
The room is a bit dark, cleanliness still needs to be improved. Needs rejuvenation... The glass windows and walls are quite dirty (some are even scrawled on). The sound of the AC is incredibly loud and the wall near the AC is right next to the bed, it feels like it's vibrating...
Incidentally got a room next to the train tracks. Pretty clear sound.
On the first day there was no tissue in the toilet. Day 2 just arrived.
I didn't use the fridge because it smelled a bit weird and was black all around...
There were slippers and leftover snacks in the area under the curtains and under the table...
The bathroom is very dark and cold. The warm water has to wait a long time to come out. The sink faucet was wobbly as if it was about to come off. Jd was a bit worried when using it.
The decoration in the public areas of the hotel is quite nice.

You will be mildy suprise with what u booked. yes, the location itself is not on point, i mean you cant see it from the main steeet (only the sign). First suprise is the lobby, the ambience itself is so nice. Brown with shimmering light and not so 'overly friendly' AC will lit up your mood to start conversation with staff. Second, The room and bathroom, they will be make you have lovely rest. The first is a 'proper size', not so big and not so small; the bed is nice, clean and white, haha just like your-everyday-hotel. And the later operate just fine. It was a good night sleep. Thank you -MINUS (the room's soundproof is not nice) PS. there is no parking loot especially for this hotel PSS. because literally it is located in ”red light”, yes that one, but ”lighter” PSSS. if you using OJOL (GRAB, GOJEK etc) prepare some changes for parking fee at the gate of complex. (that's lil bit annoying, they (hotel) say we will get parking id in the description from my booking app but where?)

Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night in deluxe room. The room is big with a comfy big bed and great view to the river from the 11th floor. A hot shower, a separate sink in the room, a fridge, a desk to work, and a microwave. Curtains could be washed more to have a better view but i understand that is very difficult to take them away because the ceiling is pretty high. There is a swimming pool in the hotel also.

Over all it gets a good rating from me. One thing that maybe able to improve is the standard of cleanliness. I dunno whether it only happened in the room which I booked for, but the bathroom was pretty mossy on the floor. I am okay with that, but for others, it may be intolerable. Thanks and be better ❤️

The check-in staff is friendly, the check-in process is not too long. The facilities are very basic, but according to the price. coffee and tea facilities are not available, but in the lobby is already available, there is even a light snack. breakfast is quite varied, the soto is the best. free and fast wifi. according to the price offered

We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.

GGuest UserWas lucky enough to be upgraded to Executive Club for my 14 night stay and must admit we made the most of it. Breakfast cooked to order, afternoon tea, 6pm wine and great choice of cooked eats, cheese, cakes/puddings etc which meant we didn't need to go for dinner. Room was good with modern tv with lots of channels and enabling smartview from mobile/tablet (internet was strong throughout hotel). Bathroom was great with fantastic showers and a bathtub which filled quickly. Bed was huge and comfortable, blackout curtains and subtle lighting to enable sleep at any time and aircon worked perfectly and quietly. 3 restaurants on site for the odd night we fancied straying from the executive lounge. Restaurants were a little expensive perhaps but it's a 5 star hotel so to be expected. Pros: Good rooms, strong internet, great showers, Executive Club - OUTSTANDING staff/customer service in all areas of hotel and unbelievably charming staff. Cons: Desperados bar in the basement had good live music but was very disappointing (best avoided unless you are in a group).

Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel.
The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night.
Amenities:
The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time.
Room:
Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

We had Stephenjen check us in and was so helpful with our early check in and also sound us out about our booking as we had double booked by mistake; the Grand Kitchen breakfast had quite a nice selection of food for breakfast. The staffs were really friendly, efficient and hardworking! Special shout out to Ms Citra, who made us feel welcomed, Tri and Randi who were helpful and hardworking! Thank you for these lovely people who reflect the people and culture here - kind, respectful and service oriented.

Receptionist very helpful especially during my c/in time as I requested higher floor, friends staying nearby / next to my room & in same floor (progress considered fast). Room quite big, comfortable & clean. Gt various choices of f & b in the restaurant during my breaky. Bellboys very helpful. Remember to claim your welcome drink ya....enjoy ~

HHARTONO TMaxone is a group of hotels in local Indonesia brand. It is chic,simple and in minimalist style. Suitable for youngster that like effective space concept in the design. The hotel has same design in the whole Indonesia. I stayed at this inexpensive hotel for three nights and it was great. The location is in the center with Tunjungan Plaza huge mall just five minutes walk. A lot of eateries nearby. Tidar road is not a big road but also busy with traffic. The lobby is not huge but have space to sit. The hotel is compact and the lighting is not too bright. There is free wifi although not great. The bathroom is small and the shower cubicle has fold-able chair to sit while having rain shower. Toilet amenities is complete with tooth brush, comb, ear cotton etc. Free coffee kettle and two bottles of complimentary water everyday. As you have the option for breakfast as I don't take it then I can't comment about the taste. At 7th floor there is a sky lounge to enjoy drinks and life music during dusk until midnight. Considering the location and price this is the best option to stay at Maxone Hotel during your stay at Surabaya. Public transportation is not really happen in Surabaya, but you can use the environment friendly ”Suroboyo Bus” (pay by exchanging used plastic bottle). This bus will stop in front of JW Marriott hotel then walk straight through the traffic light and you will arrive at Maxone hotel.

WWilsonTraveller17I would like to thank you for the great stay i had at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I arrived around 12 p.m and i was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Mr.Asad (Receptionist Staff) was one of a very helpful, polite and fast to respond.What a very good job. The room was fantastic, it was great to be able to walk into a clean, spacious room and go straight to bed without worrying about a thing (Thankyou for the housekeeping team). Breakfast choice was fantastic. Recommend the traditonal foods. Will stay again for my business trip next time..cheers.

Wwafa_hudzaifahห้อง deluxe ternyata semuanya smoking room. Begitu info dari receptionistnya. Hikmahnya kamar must berjendela terbuka keluar. View bagus untuk melihat kondisi jalan. Kamar กว้าง sekali, gelar sajadah aman. Kamar with bathtub. Desain lama. น้ําร้อน น้อย, bisa dibilang tidak ada. Tempat tidur bukan yang springbed, jadi utk yang berbobot berat pasti melengkung เวลา berbaring, maklum, kasur busa. ช่องทีวี banyak, tapi tak ada artinya jika สัญญาณ WiFi kurang kencang.
