So many options for breakfast: porridge, chicken soto (soup), fried rice, noodle, pecel, salad, fruits, vegetables; bubur madura; fries; omelette, waffle; steamed sweet potatoes.
The hotel even provides jamu (herbal drinks), juice, milk, cereal and coffee.
The security helped us with our big luggages 🥰"

"The hotel room was huge and the service staff were able to cater 3 single beds to us (which I feel is quite rare for hotels to do that) and we had the best sleep in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties! The service staff was amazing and they were able to assist all our requests such as getting us a taxi to the airport and checking in on the massage services provides by the hotel.
P.s the massages services is usually full and hence do make reservation at least 2-3days in advance."

"Very enjoyable, even though I only stayed for 1 hour because there was a wedding event in a building near the hotel, just walking distance. I like the hotel, it's clean and comfortable...with a city view. Worth it for that price in the middle of the city..love it!!!"

This hotel's prime location makes it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay.
The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained.
A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further.
One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest.

GGeriI always liked Swiss Bel. SURABAYA Manyar can improve. Breakfast they were clearly shorthanded.。couldn't find staff when needed and also the food was cold and not replenished in timely manner. Was a disappointment . When i went to the pool in evening, it was occupied with big group of guys and it was clear i was not going to be able to even swim. It's a lap pool but I think many take it as s giant group jacuzzi. Again, no sign of stsff around.
Otherwise nice bed and room is good size.

RRidzwan_wnI had a pleasant stay at the said hotel. I was given a surprise at my room door by the staffs, bringing me a small cut birthday cake and singing birthday song.
Thing that can improve is the towel, which had a weird smell. Maybe management can look into it. Thank you.
