Great with Swiss Belinn Surabaya. Except towels are not that new or clean....Anyway, almost everything is good and it's highly recommended.

The worst hotel service I have ever met. Sincerely suggest everyone do not book this hotel and any other chain hotel of this "Swiss-Bellin", otherwise you will find their stuff won't solve any problem for you. And dont ever, ever want to get any of your money back even when their stuff did things wrong.

It is near shopping malls & a local specialty food shop. Air con in room is not cold & makes noise after long usage

Good Service, VIP treatment. Clubs are very near. Safe and friendly environment. Macdonald's just a stone throw away.

For the price there is not really much to said expect very good location near Tunjungan plaza, amnesties is pretty standard but breakfast can be improved (more choices and hot meals is always welcomed).

Hotel lobby was ok. The check in was quick. Once we got to our room I was fascinated. Large room with super large bed. Room service was affordable. The downside was the pool which was small in my opinion. Beside is Tunjungan Plaza. Sooooo big you will get lost inside. We chose this hotel as it’s near to the National Day celebrations. Will choose the Swiss belinn brand again.

Swiss-Belinn is a nice hotel in the city centre. It has all the basic amenities. The breakfast is good too. It is located just across the road to Tunjungan Plaza. Some construction is going on nearby which can be a bit disturbing though.

Location is superb surrounding have shopping centre and cafe street but hotel itself room is run down

Hotel did not maintained properly with old and broken towel. Bed sheet is having stain. The only advantage is near to Tunjungan Mqll. Would consider to change the hotel next time.

We love this Hotel, it's convenient to Mall and for Food, Hotel clean, and the Hotel Staff are very friendly.

Good location, clean room and toilet seat budget but weak air con, no hand towels and shower drain clogged.

The best meal I had in this trip was at the hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful and hotel room was clean. The only issue faced was parking, it was very difficult to get parking.

Location of the hotel is the best! It's in Jalan Tunjungan area which is the most crowded pedestrian street in the center of Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza Mall which is the second biggest mall in Indonesia, just across the street! The hotel itself was okay. I was on 12th floor so I got a very beautiful view. Bed was nice, pillow and TV were nice, carpet was clean, AC was not cool at first but we called the staff and he fixed the problem. But the bathroom wall was not that clean, and the shower leaked to the ceiling. The amenities was just okay, and there was a fridge cabinet but no fridge inside 🤣. Honestly I expected better than this, because the price of the room, and the hotel brand, Swiss Belinn, is famous. Breakfast was nice, they got decent choices of food and the taste was nice, too. They had a basement but it was small I guess. So we had to park at the empty field outdoors beside the hotel. It was so hot but they got security to guard the place. But overall good location, tho, and pretty comfy.
