Awful hotel, very dirty, I attached pictures from the bathroom, rooms and restaurant. TUI didn’t mention that slides can be used only for person above 130cm hight which meant that our 6.5yo child couldn’t use it. Smell from drains in bathrooms was horrible. Our room and bathroom was so dirty. It wasn’t cleaned properly and for the 9 days we stayed it wasn’t hoovered even once. They didn’t replace shampoos or soaps. No water in the fridge. Made walked into the room on many occasions without knocking on the door. Everything was dated and dirty, food wasn’t good. Often missing milk in the morning (cold or hot unavailable). Asian restaurant was a joke, poor choice and just really badly prepared. Guy who was booking a la carte restaurants was talking some nonsense about his Porsche dream keeping a lot of people waiting in the queue to book in the restaurants. The worst hotel we stayed in and we go on holiday few times a year every year, just not worth any money. Ice cubes only available in the bars so when you used machines in the restaurants you had to drink warm, all sodas had no fizz to them and tasted bad. Only zero sugar drink available was Pepsi. Such shame because location is great, beach is beautiful and kids club team and entertainment team made so much effort and they were all so lovely. They need to renovate everything and clean it properly, change all the furniture to make it a proper hotel, now is more like a dirty motel. Water in pools extremely cold. Water in the sea was lovely.

If you’re on the fence about Bulgaria, I’d say go, it’s a lovely welcoming place, very family friendly and everyone we met seemed very respectful. Hotel staff endlessly polite and patient especially at the bar. Pools, not heated so can feel cold but slides kept you busy as well as the (very) lazy river - although think a jet was broken as it had rapids almost while we were there in one area! Food is good, almost always a chips and nuggets option or burger. We all loved the breaded pork, battered cauliflower, gnocchi and pizza as some stand outs. Custom omelettes for breakfast but easily made full englishes or continental and even had fruit with muesli one day. Snack bar also serves late breakfast. We got lucky with pool view, but others had car park views. We went early September and it was VERY quiet by the time we left. 2 handy shops on site, the one by the restaurants (not in premium building) is better and cheaper and labelled supermarket. Pros: -Activity staff were great, always offering things to do, but not pushy if you said no -No pushy sales people at the resort or on the beach unlike most other places -Huge variety of food -Italian a la carte restaurant was 10/10, and they made it special for us with a birthday, the manager is really understanding. -No pushing for tips -Bar staff move between bars to help reduce queues but never leave a bar with no staff -Beach is good, little taps to wash sand off before you go and brushes back at the hotel -Parasailing and other water sports available for extra on the beach -Beach exit is on the main ***** so easy access to tourist shops, pharmacies and other paid for bars as well as McDonalds/KFC/Lidl/Carre four/Burger King etc -Road train stops just outside hotel, great for people who struggle walking long distances but want to go to the markets or Nessebar (6BGN any distance any direction) Cons: -On the beach all you hear is the platinum ****** advert all day every day. -Room water pipes clearly connected as we could hear conversations echo and whenever someone within 2 rooms flushed or showered -Food was very same ish every night in buffet restaurant -Mexican restaurant was a major let down with stale or cold food or just not as described. -Snack bar only open 1000-1700 -Plug hole water slide, most popular, only open 1600-1700 each day, sometimes had to queue for 10 minutes -Lots of jelly fish in the sea, be careful we got dunked near a lot of them when parasailing and they sometimes get into the swimming areas -Lazy river was broken and had some very difficult to cross rapids at the back due to broken jets. -Booking a birthday cake is around 70BGN (30GBP) which we felt was very expensive -Only one lift in main/C block for disabled access, premium block had more lifts but all bedrooms were up stairs so not accessible.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The quality of the food is outstanding, truly remarkable. Every meal was a delight, and it’s clear that great care and passion go into the preparation. It feels like every dish is made with a special ingredient: LOVE. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and I want to specifically highlight the work of our housekeeper, Hayrie. She did an exceptional job ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable. We dined in Block D, and the staff there were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cuisine is second to none, and the warm atmosphere made our dining experiences very special. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Kadi, who is doing an excellent job. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out to me. The entire staff, especially the ladies who oversee everything, are welcoming and greet you with a warm smile every time. One of the key reasons we chose this hotel is the fact that sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are included. The hotel strictly enforces a policy against reserving sunbeds for hours without being present, which I find more than fair. The lifeguards at the beach keep a close watch on this, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance to enjoy the facilities. They are constantly on the move, cleaning the beach and the sunbeds, and maintaining a high standard of service. This is our third year staying here, and we will definitely return. If I had to mention one minor critique, it would be that the water slides could be open all the time, and the water in the children’s pool could be a bit warmer. However, I love that each year we discover that the hotel is not just being worn out; instead, renovations and improvements are continuously being made. This commitment to maintaining and enhancing the property is truly commendable.

Nice hotel, but IT WAS better in the previous years. Overall, the hotel is okay, but it seems that with every year that passes it becomes a little bit worse than the year before (I was there two consecutive years for coupe of days). With every year, the pools (especially the premium one) lose few more ceramic tiles that are never replaced, the rust around pool bar and other iron elements becomes more and more noticeable, and the general impression is that the current owners just want to recover their money and don’t care to much about the future. The premium restaurant, offer just a small variety of food. Another thing that worth mentioning is that, this is probably the only 4 stars hotel that doesn’t have a mini bar in the room, the refrigerator in the room is completely empty, not even water, so you have to buy it yourself. The water in the pools trend to be in the cold zone, especially the one in the kids pool, and I don’t really understand why the water in the kids pool have to be colder than the one in the main pool.

The room was spacious, pretty modern and well equipped ( blow dryer, decent size tv, functioning AC), clean, with a nice poolside view & balcony. Very little noise coming in. I would just recommend replacing the shower curtain with a plexiglass, which is more effective in preventing water from splashing out and more hygienic. Nice swimming pool, with a good size for both adults and kids section too. Additionally, also the 4 water slides were fine but with some limitations in terms of availability ( just a couple hours in morning and afternoon) and access (min. height 1.30 m) for the kids and the highest one required 1.50 m Food & drinks: Considering the resort has to cater for over 600 rooms when it gets close to being full and also the fact that it is an all inclusive, the overall quality is ok, from breakfast to snacks by poolside, bars drinks and dinner buffet. 3 restaurants also offer dinner with a selected menu, we tried the Mexican and Asian, the setting is ok but the food is definitely far from being authentic, yet still an ok alternative to the standard buffet. Beach proximity and free access was great and a real plus in such location, same as the waterfront promenade reaching the center of Sunny Beach about 1.5km away. Staff: in general quite friendly, helpful and approachable, although I noticed that some more in depth training could be used in the restaurants just 1 example is the clearing and resetting tables when busy...some table remained dirty for periods over 15 min with seagulls feasting on leftovers) , bars and customer service overall. Nothing major really, just some smaller details here and there. Ex: no need to have all these Wet Floors signs scattered in public areas! They make the place look cheap, these are only for when someone is mopping and/or in case of spillage... Gather the kids games ( arcade) in a dedicated point near the kids club rather than by the entrance of block A of the resort, gave a bit of a messy impression. Food and drinks could be with some more variety & rotation ex: snacks, maybe think of a theme night for some of the dinner buffets. There is a astro turf pitch for football or tennis but seems like no much is done with it.

1 star is for the aqua park. There is a premium upgrade available which gives you access to a larger room, private pool, faster WiFi and access to a restaurant. The room is a little larger BUT anyone can use the private pool as no staff ever checks who's there, the WiFi is 3 times SLOWER then a standard room and the restaurant it's any different to the main restaurant. The entire hotel is dated and needs an urgent update and face lift to justify the price. Cots for babies are very dangerous for any babies under 6 months as it has an extremely soft mattress. Took us 8 hours to have it changed. 90% of the rooms DON'T have lift access. This was the strangest feature. Definitely would not recommend and obviously will not be going back

I'll start with the good fantastic location and i found the food pretty good beach was nice that's where it ends We checked in they'd upgraded us to premium block when we looked at the balcony I was stunned narrowest balcony I'd ever seen literally if the glass was all the way down t the bottom you wouldn't be able to sit down properly room was basic clean and remained so Not great What they didn't tell was although they'd put us in premium block it didn't come with premium benefits we ate breakfast in the premium restaurant then were told we needed a gold band to eat there Anyway went to the beach which was lovely bar there only serves soft drinks or beer I had a diet coke it was so disgusting I couldn't drink it We then went for lunch in the buffet restaurant when I say it was like a rugby scrum I'm not joking unruly kids everywhere plates of food everywhere on uncleared tables rude staff and the slowest workers I've ever seen We then went to the main pool water was freezing again kids and noise everywhere. We then decided to upgrade much quieter restaurant and small pool at the front much better but they don't check the bands so still hoards of kids and parents who have no idea how to control their kids no bar at this pool so either have to walk over to the beach or go to the pool bar .Pool bar staff are so rude and don't listen so often you end up with the drinks apart from one girl behind the bar they clearly hate their jobs Towels now the have a ridiculous rule you can only change your towels between 4pm and 5pm so us and many people we met ended up with 3 day towels They older guy behind the towel station is horrible and rude he'll shout at you in Bulgarian Bars again rude, rude bar staff the cocktails are disgusting sweet syrup things rose wine wasn't bad Again unruly kids running everywhere the noise and screaming is unbelievable There is nowhere to escape in this hotel from the noise. Last day you have to check out by 11am and give your pool towels in othere wise you will be charged 30 lev each Absolutely unbelievable tip, take your room towels we weren't leaving until 8 30 pm despite going back and for to reception to try and get a late check out room They told us with a few hours to check out our request was denied In summary this is a cheap hotel eith cheap drinks with a great location staff couldn't care less about their guests we felt that everything was to much bother for them and some of the stupid rules regarding towels etc. Couples avoid iv never been to hotel with so many unruly children The one holiday I was glad to come home

So conflicted about this hotel. It has such potential but let's itself down at every turn. Having said that, you can't blame it for the guests it seems to attract. For example, it's 07:15 and there's some seriously competitive towel placing going on. Pathetic. Plates piled high with food left on tables barely touched. Disgusting. Wine glasses left behind the water slides in the kids play area. Incomprehensible. Despite the investment by Dit in a rather fun looking water park, ice cream fridges and a snack bar, parents would rather shatter the peace of the quiet pool by letting their little darlings squabble, shriek and completely invade the privacy of everybody else. So, we arrived shortly after midnight and were checked into Block D, premium rooms fairly quickly which was a free upgrade. Sadly the reception staff were not very accurate when directing us to the room. Forget about concierge services, there are none. They were not very forthcoming about how free upgrades work. You might well be on the Premium block but unless you paid for the gold wristband, you will get asked to leave the Premium pool or Premium restaurant. A quick heads up, Tui charge £120 per person, per week. We paid the hotel direct and got Premium for £10 a day! By the time we got in the room I was utterly exhausted. There was a restaurant "open" but just salami, fruit and cakes. We had an issue with power in the room and reported it to reception. In fairness, the electrician was in attendance within minutes to successfully resolve. The beds are tiny and extremely low but are relatively comfortable. They seem to have bought quilts too small to tuck in though. This Premium room had just been refurbished but had a magnolia overload. Well equipped with fridge, nice TV, kettle and coffee machine. No milk, no bottle of water. Poor lighting, decent aircon. The balcony is the smallest I have ever seen. If there had been glass going to the bottom I wouldn't have been able to sit down. It is no more than 600mm deep. The beige and brown bathroom was average. Decent walk in shower which had a poorly arranged curtain that let water flow freely across the floor. Several toiletries, poor mirrors but again, the lighting could be better. Good hairdryer. Reasonable hanging space in the wardrobe but lack of drawers for me. No iron or board. Exhausted or not, I had a terrific night's sleep. It is very quiet here at night to be fair. The pools are unheated so quite refreshing. Sadly there is literally no escape from shrieking kids anywhere in this hotel. An adult only pool would be the best thing Dit ever did by a country mile. Another example of dreadful customer service if I may. To change a pool towel, you have to be at the towel hut between 16:00 and 17:00. We were there at 16:55 and despite having in the region of 1000 towels, the guy only had 1 that didn't have string tieing it in a bundle, but wouldn't cut the string to let me have the 2nd clean one. The towel situation i

We recently stayed at Evrika at the tail end of September and had a fantastic holiday. Sunny Beach has a party reputation but the hotel is located a little bit beyond the main ***** so it’s quieter with its own beach so feels relaxed. Hotel was good, would highly recommend going premium, highlight of the hotel would be the A La Carte restaurants, Mexicans was closed but the Italian and Asian were both really high quality. There’s some wear n tear around the hotel and the WiFi even in premium isn’t the best, but overall if you’re looking a decent holiday whilst not breaking the bank, would definitely recommend Evrika.
