The main door (the gate to rainbow 2 building) doesn't work for more than a week and the management don't care and didn't even pay any attention to my complaint about it..... The building is so old and need a maintenance........

Были в августе 2022 семьёй 3 человека. Пляж рядом. Рядом остановка автобусов, можно добраться до Несебра и Святого Власа за 1-3 лева, в зависимости от расстояния. Билеты продаёт кондуктор в автобусе. Номера не большие, но есть малюсенькая кухня со всем необходимым. Территория ухоженная. Это точно не 3 звезды с точки зрения сервиса. Уборка была 1 раз в 3 дня, только после вопросов на рецепции. Мусор сказали выставлять за дверь, чтобы его выбросили. В один из дней даже после этого не выбросили. За 10 дней пребывания полотенца сменили 2 раза, постельное белье 1 раз, за 1 день до отъезда. Мыло и шампунь в одноразовой упаковке положили в 1й день, больше не предоставляли. Туалетную бумагу по 1 рулону оставляли после уборки, а уборка было 1 раз в 3 дня в лучшем случае. Если подойти на рецепцию с вопросами про уборку, бумагу предлагали взять там (тоже 1 рулон) и самим отнести в номер. По итогу сами купили и бумагу, и шампунь и мыло в супермаркете. Не рекомендую!
