Very nice and friendly staff. You can't get a place in the pool if you don't go there like before 7 in the morning. Too little beds around it, and people reserve them. I would hope that if the hotel has rules for the pool, they would also check people follow them. The reserving and ball-playing was prohibited in the pool, but still, there was several children and adults playing with balls which of course didn't stay in the pool all the time. Very annoying. The pool also closes at 18.00 so it's all children's play time in there the whole day time. So. I didn't use the pool at all. Luckily the beach is near by. The food is good and versatile. Warm food is quite greasy, and there was quite difficult to find only healthy options. The restaurant was very busy and you have to wait for a table if you go for a dinner like 18-19.30. There is no a real gym at the hotel. The wifi is very poor, and i used my own mobile data. The hair dryer in the room did't work, almost got in to flames when i tried, and when i told from it to the reception in the first day, nothing was done. So if you have a long hair like me, take your own hair dryer. The room was very clean and nice and from ours (279) there was a pool view. I used ear plugs when i slept, because there was quite a lot of noise coming inside the room. We got to keep the room until 19 at the last day and it cost 90 bgn, and we were very happy with that because the transport for our flight was in the evening. All in all, i would recommend for children friendly people who are patient and like to go to the beach for swimming and spending time.
