Hotel Rules: Check-in: 14:00 - 00:00 Check-out: 07:30 - 12:00 An earlier check-in time is possible after negotiation of conditions and explicit consent of the hotel. Registration of all guests is mandatory and is done upon check-in with a valid ID. Payment is made at the reception in cash (Bulgarian leva) or with American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro cards. Late check-out is charged extra. It can be done only in the presence of available rooms and with the explicit consent of the hotel. This can be agreed the day before the check-out date. Check-out after 18:00 is charged as an overnight stay. In case of early check-out the amount for the nights remains the same as the originally agreed one. Upon departure, guests are required to inform the reception staff. It is not allowed unregistered persons to stay overnight at the hotel. The parking lot is only for hotel guests, and we would like to note that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for damages to your car. The hotel is not responsible for documents and valuables left unattended. The hotel offers additional services for a fee such as: room service, laundry, ironing, beauty treatments and more. The full list can be obtained from a receptionist. Breakfast is served only in the indicated places of eating. Guests are allowed once per day. A great hotel stayed each time we holiday in Sunny Beach. However last year it was decided to put Lobsters in dining area, the Lobsters have there claws tied, left in cramped conditions unable to feed and left in daylight. It has been proved that these creatures feel pain and fear. I asked to speak to the manageress on several occasions but she was always unavailable. I was then asked to put my concerns in writing which I have one on three occasions. To date all three e mails have been ignored.

Whilst the food was decent, the welcome was anything but! Despite booking in advance and providing evidence, they denied it. They caved in eventually, but advised us not to “physically touch other diners”. Previous experiences have been decent. Must be under new management or a recently adopted (unwritten) policy to only attract a certain type of clientele. Kotcha Jevu, mayada.

I spent 20 nights in this fantastic hotel and loved every moment , the staff are fantastic and are so friendly and helpful , the staff spoke great English . The rooms are modern and fully equipped, the internet worked perfect and was fast , i had a sea view room with the most fantastic view house keeping was excellent . The restaurant is fantastic its fine dinning with a varied and interesting menu , the wine list is very good too try the Bulgarian wine its really very good . the restaurant staff and bar staff are highly trained and so friendly .

Nous avons passée 4jours ici c’est un endroit magnifique, les chambres sont très belle, également très propre, un mini bar est également mis à disposition, vraiment top et un couché de soleil à couper le souffle, le personnel est assez jeune mais reste très professionnel, et à l’écoute, le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une cuisine assez varié avec QUE des produits frais! 10/10 pour la cuisine et le personnel du restaurant! Merci à tous
