I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience.
Positive Aspects:
The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated.
Areas for Improvement:
Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests.
The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated.
While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

I came in a big group, not at once though. Checking in was easy. Everyone in this hotel is friendly I think. Receptionist, room boy/girl, security, waiters and waitress, and also therapists. Parking area for cars are available at basement and sub-basement. There are two integrated lifts for guests. No access card needed to go to the upper floors. About restaurant, various food. They start opening at 6.10 am. Smoking area is available near stairs, at East. Ask for the ashtray as it is not provided on the table. Travelers who enjoy crowds are recommended to stay in this hotel. Located within the busy area of Braga, we can enjoy various culinary, hangout places, live music, night entertainment, etc.

The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

First time visit thisa hotel.
The staffs are very friendly. The receptionist Satria explained me very clear and hospitable. First image is very welcome to this hotel. The facilities are very good. Although they are not a new hotel but well maintained.
The gym equipments also good.
Some problems related to the dinner quality, it was the satay maranggi menu. It was very bad hardness for 5 stars hotel standard. Need to be improved or take down the menu if it is not the favourite menu.
The other thing was the room insulation. What a very annoying when motor bike sound can be heard inside the room until midnight.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

Location is good on the city center of Bandung, many food variation nearby in walking distance.
beware of traffic jam during rush hour in front of hotel. Finding parking spot on high occupancy definitely also will be challengng.
Overall pleasant stay, my diamond select status has been recognized with free upgrade room (eventhough you have to ask first!)
I have not try the gym and pool but looks decent for this 4 star hotel
I’ve missed the afternoon tea when check in but they offered me in evening to bring some nice ginger drink + local snacks to my room, appreciate the service gesture.
If you dont mind with the traffic jam I can recommend this for short stay.

RRobert542Ok. The room actually looks a little different than in the photos—more rundown and a bit old. There’s no problem with the AC or the hot water, and the bed is comfortable. However, there’s no noise isolation whatsoever. I had a room on the ground floor, and I could hear everything happening at the reception.
At 5 a.m., someone just outside was vigorously sweeping the sidewalk or the parking lot. At 6 a.m., a girl started crying and making a fuss to her parents about something. Then the people at the reception started talking loudly (though they are very kind and friendly, I have to say). In short, it’s very hard to get good sleep.
Oh, and there’s a window right above the door overlooking the corridor. Privacy can be easily breached; anyone could hold up a phone above the door and record what’s happening in the room.

5 days in Bandung touring hotels and homestays, luckily the 2 nights here already had the best feeling compared to the other 3 hotels. The double combo restaurant and garden is really beautiful, just like in the sales window. Perfect view, restaurant, rooms, toilets are super clean and smell good, this is the main thing. I don't feel disgusted about staying here. The pillowcases are changed every day, this is really great. The room interior and location from the front to the inside of the room are really the best. Very beautiful. The unique, aesthetic lift reaches the basement so you can drag suitcases, you don't need to lift them, but you still have help when you lift them with security upstairs. And how come the elevator is really cute, bro? I really had the intention to make it, it's really artistic 😂🤩😍

GGuest UserI decided to stay in Pasar Baru Square merely because of the location that is near with almost everything. I got special price during Traveloka Epic Sale. I arrived very early in the morning and paid the Early Check In fee that is affordable. Here are some + and - points I encountered during stay. Positive: 1. The staff (Sec, FO, HK) are all friendly. Greeted us with smile whenever we passed by. Shout out to Neng Vina and Veni whom we met almost everyday also akang who helped us on Wed 13 morning. Thanks. 2. Location is perfect. You wouldn’t be troubled at finding places to shop and eat. Walking distance to Bdg Station, Alun2, Pasar Baru Oleh2, etc. Need to improve: 1. Cleanliness. Upon check in the floor wasn’t properly mopped, the bathroom had no bath mat maybe bcs we C/I early so the HK didin’t properly check it. But the next day they cleaned as I requested. Thank you. 2. Need to arrange pest control regularly as we found a lot of baby cockroaches inside the room during stay.

IIbby10Not the best in terms of cleanliness. Could feel the floor to be sandy. The bathtub and sink has black stains which we scrubbed ourselves.
In all, we made do as we do not want to spoil this trip which we had planned months ago. Other than that, all the other were above average.

RRafahleviA while ago, I had the opportunity to visit one of the hotels that were located in Otista area, exactly the Otto Iskandar Dinata 1 street. Looking at the architecture of this hotel for the first time, the taste of heritage and colonial touch still remains sticky. The white dominance and its breadth unparalleled with most hotels makes visitors feel the other side that the Vue Palace Hotel offered. Entering the quiet and warm lobby, the elegant but simple interior makes visitors feel at home. To the next floor we can use the elevator or marble staircase that made a plank so it doesn't make the legs a little sluggish even riding a dozen steps. The pool facilities at Vue Palace Hotel are not so large but it is certain to enjoy with family because of its openness to nature. Besides the toilet facilities are quite good, dear when I visit the tissu was indeed absent. While the Mushola is on the basement floor and still needs touching because there is no muken available for women who happen to not bring mukena. At the Vue Palace Resto, Indonesian food is quite varied, such as soto, bakso and various kinds of porridge. Vue Palace Hotel can be one of the options for budget accommodations because its location is not far from Bandung New Market city shopping center.

Close to the square,,, braga, and many places to eat in the area. The chicken is crispy next to the hotel. BANGET anyway! Next to there is an alphamart, there is a dressing chapter, yeah so so,,, and then there's a famous kingsley chapter, yesterday I haven't tried it because the badge is on the holiday too. Hehehe,,, next to bandung again must be built.. 5555a WIFI বন্ধ! Cute ahahahaha,,, I got a room no window, the room size can be said to be quite narrow, can't be too spacious up there, the bathroom facilities are there, there are hot and cold water, for the baby shower to be careful setting the hot and cold water, Because the hot water can turn into very hot wkwkwk, the shower drain is very slow, the water shakes first, so the bathroom looks like flooding hahahha,,,, TV cable, TV channel is very good and clear, Only local TV for RCTI channels is not available haha (doaemon fans wkwk) for parking is not very wide, so you have to stay the car lock so you don't bother us too, but room to mind the car that is blocked by our car.
