Location is good on the city center of Bandung, many food variation nearby in walking distance.
beware of traffic jam during rush hour in front of hotel. Finding parking spot on high occupancy definitely also will be challengng.
Overall pleasant stay, my diamond select status has been recognized with free upgrade room (eventhough you have to ask first!)
I have not try the gym and pool but looks decent for this 4 star hotel
I’ve missed the afternoon tea when check in but they offered me in evening to bring some nice ginger drink + local snacks to my room, appreciate the service gesture.
If you dont mind with the traffic jam I can recommend this for short stay.

Not the best in terms of cleanliness. Could feel the floor to be sandy. The bathtub and sink has black stains which we scrubbed ourselves.
In all, we made do as we do not want to spoil this trip which we had planned months ago. Other than that, all the other were above average.

However, the room felt slightly outdated, and the air conditioning in Room 1201 could use some maintenance. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a fantastic location!

Only minor is the hotel is not that new n aircon leaks water( they fixed it eventually) n last day , there’s an outage of electricity since night till morning which we understand only happened to our room.

NNurul SMAI recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience.
Positive Aspects:
The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated.
Areas for Improvement:
Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests.
The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated.
While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

5 days in Bandung touring hotels and homestays, luckily the 2 nights here already had the best feeling compared to the other 3 hotels. The double combo restaurant and garden is really beautiful, just like in the sales window. Perfect view, restaurant, rooms, toilets are super clean and smell good, this is the main thing. I don't feel disgusted about staying here. The pillowcases are changed every day, this is really great. The room interior and location from the front to the inside of the room are really the best. Very beautiful. The unique, aesthetic lift reaches the basement so you can drag suitcases, you don't need to lift them, but you still have help when you lift them with security upstairs. And how come the elevator is really cute, bro? I really had the intention to make it, it's really artistic 😂🤩😍

RReychelle TenThe hotel has friendly and helpful staffs. Room is clean and recently renovated. The only set back is the entrance to the hotel on the ground floor is in an old area which does not look very appealing. Walking distance to braga street for about 15 mins.

RRobert542Ok. The room actually looks a little different than in the photos—more rundown and a bit old. There’s no problem with the AC or the hot water, and the bed is comfortable. However, there’s no noise isolation whatsoever. I had a room on the ground floor, and I could hear everything happening at the reception.
At 5 a.m., someone just outside was vigorously sweeping the sidewalk or the parking lot. At 6 a.m., a girl started crying and making a fuss to her parents about something. Then the people at the reception started talking loudly (though they are very kind and friendly, I have to say). In short, it’s very hard to get good sleep.
Oh, and there’s a window right above the door overlooking the corridor. Privacy can be easily breached; anyone could hold up a phone above the door and record what’s happening in the room.

AAida van Dompselaar-DaudVery convenient. We had a decent service apartment with 3 rooms and two toilets. Breakfast is awesome. They spread served are International with live station. The hotel is situated at the heart of the town Jalan Braga. Movie theater is just within the building and you paid less than $3sg per ticket. Will definitely come again to this hotel.

GGuest UserWalking distance to Bandung train station. The station has two exits, the one at the Angkot (local public mini van) terminal has to walk up the overhead bridge to cross the rails leading to the hotel. While from the other exit, turn right and walk straight about 200 meter you can see the hotel's signboard.
We were given rooms at the ground level, at first the twin bed room which has warmer air conditioner. With our request, they allowed us to change to Queen room with better air conditioner. We have to borrow hair dryer from the receptionist and the water dispenser is outside the room. There is lift to upper floor, but we didn't try it. Foods are available when you walk straight further up to the Bandung station.
We used the Angkot to the Lembang tourist area at Indo Rp12,000 per person. Be reminded, no time schedule, only move once the van is full.
