Days Inn by Wyndham Wildwood I-75

The rooms have been remodeled on the inside, but the property and building is run down, dirty, and smells bad. In would have felt quite sketchy had I been traveling alone. We arrived late and last minute, friendly service at the front desk. It was a loud night with little sleep. Didn’t stay for any sort of breakfast but I did see they had some sort of continental breakfast included in the lobby.

Great prices, very clean room, extremely comfortable bed! I have severe back pain daily and for the first time in so long I can't remember, this was the first time I woke up after a 12 hour drive to no pain at all! The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! If I ever have to come back to this area in Fla, I will make sure to stay here again!
Quality Suites Wildwood - the Villages

There was a lot of room and most of the space seemed pretty clean. Floors looked new. There were enough basic supplies. The pillows were like rocks. I had to wad up a sweater for my head. The lights over the bed glared into our eyes while laying in bed and there was no alternative bed lamp. The microwave was dirty with something spilled on the turntable. There was a fridge & microwave in the middle room that also had a table & office desk, which felt strange. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The lotion dispenser by the sink was empty. The ”fabric” of the chair and sofa in the living room area felt and sounded like plastic. The whole suite had the feeling of being empty... no warmth to it... lots of bare wall. Bar for hanging clothes is on the living room wall. No breakfast.
The Brownwood Hotel & Spa

We have just returned from staying at The Brownwood Hotel & Spa in The Villages from April 29th -May 3rd and besides the location which for those visiting the Villages is centrally located and close to Brownwood Square although walkable I would not recommend it as I had to walk over to Brownwood Square to pick up a golf cart rental this is a long mile walk in the heat. This Hotel I would definitely recommend and if we are back in the area I will be back at The Brownwood Hotel. The hotel is very clean and I saw on multiple occasions the staff doing the little things that are usually not noticed like dusting of chandeliers and your white glove will still be clean after staying at this hotel.Housekeeping is done every other day and on the off day there was a knock at the door to see if we needed towels or paper products. The employees at the front desk always polite and friendly as were any employees we had contact with. The pool was a home run every afternoon as a way to cool off and relax as there are plenty of chairs and chaise lounges in the sun and shade. There is a Wolf Gang Puck restaurant on premises and breakfast buffet but we did not use either one.Another big plus is no resort fee which seems to be a automatic these days and thank you to management for giving your guests this savings and no parking fee which has turned into another ridiculous add on to a lot of hotels now charge just to use their parking lot. This savings could be 25-45 per night for the four nights we were there was much appreciated. Absolutely stay here you’ll be glad you did.

Service was so great. Stayed after home demolished in a storm. Staff so helpful assisting with accessing computer and printing we needed in finding a new home. Allowed our two small dogs for a reasonable one time charge to be with us. Beds so comfortable. In room stove, microwave and refrigerator helped save money and avoid eating out all meals. All staff observed Covid health rules yeah!
