My Hisband and I are having a great stay. The room are very clean and really. Big. The lady that checked us in was very nice. We will definitely come ba k again.

One of the stranger hotel experiences but in a good way. This place is in the process of being converted from a Red Roof to a Comfort Inn. The property is very old and when I arrived I thought that it was a dump due to the way that it looked from the outside. I was concerned enough that I checked out my room before I committed to staying. The room was extremely clean. The bed/furniture all appeared to be new. There was some inexpert caulking at the bathtub but other than that the room was perfectly fine. I would stay there again. It would be interesting to see if a few months later the exterior of the property has been cleaned up to match the room I stayed in.

The front desk person was so very friendly and helpful. I wish I had written down her name because she is such an asset to your Team. Overall had only a little interaction with other staff (all positive - friendly) Thank you! The hotel has been remodeled recently and our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give more stars for comfort and cleanliness is because of the smell in our room (back building second floor). I almost went to the car to sleep because it was so bad and figured it was too late to ask to move to another room. (Room 234). My husband isn’t normally bothered by smells and he agreed. Our clean clothes absorbed the odor it was that overwhelming. Our friend who stayed in 236 said hers wasn’t an issue and the room was very clean with only the smell of cleaner. Hope this helps and you can fix this because we’d stay again if the smell wasn’t an issue.

My room had several baby roaches in the bathroom, hair in the towels, hair in the bed, nail clippings in the bed, sheets were dirty, and then a huge roach came from under the bed, and another in the middle room.

Pretty basic. Smelled funny and being on the first floor it was crazy loud when the people above me were walking around. But super nice staff, pet friendly and clean. It’s on a truck stop exit highway so keep that in mind.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at the Red Roof Inn in Wildwood, Florida. The premises felt unsafe, and I witnessed illegal activity multiple times throughout the night. The noise and constant traffic in and out of the building made it impossible to get any sleep. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Giving it 0 stars reflects the extent of my dissatisfaction.

This hotel was a decent 2 star hotel. Rooms were clean, no smell. I had 3 king rooms, all of them were suites. Front desk was polite and courteous. There was some construction but it wasn't an issue. No breakfast in the morning, only coffee. Not an issue for me because I usually don't eat lobby breakfast. Plenty of parking. Pretty typical of a Red Roof at an exit by the interstate. There were a couple of truck stops and fast food places at the exit. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk. I left a very expensive pair of airpod earbuds in my room. It was several hours before I realized and in a small panic I called the hotel. They said they would look for them and call me back. They called me back to tell me they found them and would hold them for me. I said it would be 3 days before I pass back that way. They said they would hold them. I came back 3 days later and they had them. It says a lot when a front desk gives you special attention like this. I would've given them 10 stars just because of this if I could!! The out side grounds very messy. The area was not the nice. The room was large and redone. It was nice!
