Stay comfortably in Park City at this 4-bedroom home. We're a 2 minute walk from Woodward Park and tubing hill. Downtown Park City with its many ski resorts is less than 20 minutes away. Several parks with sledding hills are within 15 minutes of the house. We are at a convenient location to the freeway so no getting lost in a big neighborhood. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 crib, and 2 full bunk beds this phenomenal property is perfect for families or groups. Sleeps up to 12 people, children are welcome. Note that there is someone currently living in the downstairs apartment. There is no shared space or access and they have their own private entrance. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like in floor heating, WiFi, and 2 washing machines/dryers. We have state of the art appliances such as SubZero, Asko and Thermador that will make your stay enjoyable. The double oven is perfect for cooking up dinner and a delicious treat after a fun day exploring the area. My favorite thing to do after a long day outside in the snow is soaking in the large master bath while watching a movie. A beautiful mountain backyard is home to a lovely stream, moose, deer and other wildlife. Relax on the couch or outside on the deck while enjoying the beautiful Mountain View. Come enjoy Park City in this luxury mountain retreat in highly sought after Bear Hollow Village. Close to ski resorts, historic downtown, golf courses, fantastic trout fishing, and miles of hiking & mountain biking trails. You will find plenty of things to do year round. This townhome is tastefully decorated and provides three large bedrooms, each with one king or queen bed and its own full bath. In addition, there is a fourth bedroom with a daybed, which could also be used as a private study area. With over 2,000 square feet of living area, plus a deck, and a large kitchen, 7 adults can sleep comfortably and never feel cramped. An infant pack-n-play is also provided. High speed internet gives you the streaming you need for all devices. The location of the townhome within the community could not be better. It’s only about 50-100 yards from the pool, spa, fitness center, and clubhouse. It’s one of the rare sites within the community that looks over the community park and open area. On the other side, you will have views of the mountains off the balcony and master bedroom. LIVING AREA:Upon entering the townhome, you are greeted with an open living area with high ceilings and beautiful wood floors. A fireplace invites you to settle in the comfortable seating on those cool nights, and perhaps enjoy a movie on the big screen TV. The large windows look over a large common area and let you soak in Park City’s beauty. KITCHEN:Overlooking the family room, the gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, and quartz countertops. The dining table seats six and two more people can sit at the bar. Have a cook in your group? They will enjoy preparing meals using the amenities of this kitchen. Open the door to the outside deck to find additional dining and a gas grill. BEDROOMS:Upstairs are three available bedrooms and another bedroom is downstairs. The bedrooms are furnished with high end mattresses and to ensure comfortable sleep. Two bedrooms come with its own bath for complete privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful views of the mountains and a walk-in closet. The master bath has double vanities, quartz countertops, tile floor, a jetted tub, and separate glass shower.The second bedroom upstairs has a king size bed. PARKING:Parking is available in the 2-car garage, which also gives you plenty of storage for your skis and boots. Additional parking space available on the driveway.AMENITIES:The property overlooks the community park. Directly across the park you will find the clubhouse, which contains an exercise room, LED large screen TV, fireplace, a computer with high speed Internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool (summer) and a community hot tub open year round. SKI ACCESS: Bear Hollow is about a 5-minute drive to the Canyons/Park City Mountain, a 10-minute drive to the Town Lift and about 15-minutes to Deer Valley.TRANSPORTATION: There are plenty of transportation options, including the free on-demand shuttles through the High Valley Transit app. It will take you to the Canyons base area, Park City Old Town, Park City base area, Deer Valley and elsewhere. The hotel is opulent in every way, starting with the beautiful lobby -- crystal chandeliers hang from the high beamed ceilings, antlers artfully displayed on the walls, and leather and dark-wood accents give a dramatic but warm feel. The restaurant is similarly cozy and upscale, with all rooms featuring fireplaces and large marble-and-granite bathrooms. The pool area is gorgeous as well, boasting magnificent mountain views. The unit also includes valet parking with in and out privileges. After a day on the slopes, return to the hotel to dine at the restaurant, drink at the bar/lounge, and enjoy comforts including an outdoor pool and a full-service spa. Our One-bedroom Residence has a spacious living room for relaxing and entertaining, a gourmet kitchen to cook anything you can imagine featuring all Viking stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, mosaic glass tile backsplash. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with three leather bar stools for that quick bite to eat. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a deluxe master bath with an over-sized, jetted tub and European walk-in shower. The unit also features a sofa bed in the living room, as well as stacked washer and dryer. A dining area with a large glass table and chairs for 6. This is also one of the few 1 Bed residences that has a 2nd full bath off the living area. The unit also includes valet parking with in and out privileges that make adventuring a breeze. When you're ready to venture beyond the resort, a daily shuttle takes you to the Park City Base area, Deer Valley Resort and historic Main Street shops and restaurants. The largest ski resort in the U.S., Park City offers far more than just skiing/snowboarding. Save a day for dogsledding, a sleigh ride dinner, or bobsled rides at the Utah Olympic Park (15 curves at 60mph and 4Gs!). Or spend an afternoon tubing at Gorgoza Park, where the littlest tubers get their own hill. Take full advantage of the summer season with the (thankfully downhill) Historic Park City Bike Tour, that's focused on the area's fascinating mining history. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges. ♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable) No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs. Children under 12 must be supervised. Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation). Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities. 🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages. GGuest UserMy husband and I had the best time staying at the Goldener Hirsch Inn. The service was 1st class from check in to check out. The ambience made you feel like you were in Switzerland or Austria. It is located just steps from the Sterling Express Lift on mid mountain, which gives you access to some of the best runs at Deer Valley. They have complimentary ski storage overnight. When you get back from a long day of skiing, they offer free hot chocolate and cookies for apres ski, or you can grab a cocktail and some delicious appetizers at their bar. You can then head upstairs to the fourth floor to warm up in their hot tub or sauna. Our first night, we dined at their restaurant out of convenience, but it was probably the best meal we had all trip. We enjoyed sharing the cheese fondue as we sat next to a toasty fireplace. We then split the wiener schnitzel, which was out of this world. On other nights, if you wanted to meet friends in park city for a drink or just try one the the other restaurants in town, they offer complimentary cadillac car service through an easy to use (uber-like) app. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a driver to pick us up. If you want a spa appointment, the front desk is happy to hook you up with an appointment at one of the nearby hotels (Stein Erikson Lodge or St. Regis). This was by far our best Ski In Ski Out vacation!
